摘要: A dynamic compressor control is provided. The dynamic compressor control includes sensors to sense operating parameters of a compressor and a compressor analytic software package. The compressor analytic software package uses the sensed operating parameters of the compressor to generate key performance indicators. The key performance indicators are used to calculate process variables for the compressor. The dynamic compressor control uses the sensed operating parameters and the process variables calculated from the key performance indicators to provide operating alarms and/or shutdowns.

摘要: Disclosed is a monitored proportional metering device including a liquid metering pump having an inlet, an outlet, a suction nozzle, and a mechanism for adjusting the flow in the nozzle. The metering device is also includes a detection assembly, the assembly including at least a unit for detecting the pressure variation in the nozzle, which unit is arranged between the first suction valve and the mixing chamber, a water meter at the inlet, a probe for measuring the level in the container of material to be suctioned, a unit for determining the position of the mechanism for adjusting the volume to be suctioned, and a man/machine interface for processing, recording, and displaying the data from the detection unit. Also disclosed are methods for monitoring a metering pump implementing the proportional metering device.

摘要: A miniature fluid control device for transporting gas is disclosed, which includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate, a piezoelectric actuator and a gas collecting plate stacked on each other. The gas inlet plate includes at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a circular cavity which forms a convergence chamber. The resonance plate has a central aperture. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame and a piezoelectric plate, wherein the suspension plate has a cylindrical bulge aligned with the circular cavity. The ratio of a second diameter of the cylindrical bulge to a first diameter of the circular cavity is set in a specified range to optimize the gas pressure of the transported gas, thus assuring efficiency of gas transmission of the miniature fluid control device.

摘要: A monitoring system for a fluid pump having a fluid end and a power end is provided. The monitoring system includes an inlet pressure sensor attached to an inlet manifold of the fluid end. The inlet pressure sensor generates a signal indicative of an inlet pressure of a fluid being supplied to the fluid end. The monitoring system includes a discharge pressure sensor attached to the fluid end. The discharge pressure sensor generates a signal indicative of a discharge pressure of the fluid exiting the fluid end. The monitoring system includes at least one accelerometer attached to the fluid end. The accelerometer generates a signal indicative of vibrational data of the fluid pump. The monitoring system includes a controller which receives signals from the inlet pressure sensor, the discharge pressure sensor and the accelerometer and determines a possible failure mode of the fluid pump.

摘要: An air-conditioning system has a refrigerant circuit. The circuit includes a condenser, a expansion valve, an evaporator and a variable displacement compressor. The system has a pressure difference detector. The pressure difference detector detects the pressure difference between two pressure monitoring points located on the refrigerant circuit. A control valve and a controller control the displacement of the compressor in accordance with the pressure difference detected by the pressure difference detector. This permits the displacement of the compressor to be quickly changed.

摘要: The invention is a pressure sensitive valve that in different forms can be used to provide: an adjustable resistance to flow, adjustable positive or negative pressure relief, negative pressure isolation, isolation of pressure sensitive devices (e.g. pressure monitors) from blood and controlled recirculation between the inlet and outlet of pumps, particularly extracorporeal circulation. The construction of the valve is especially advantageous for extracorporeal circuits because the valve is made from one continuous length of tubing, thereby providing a valve that is more reliable, safer, and has fewer parts. A simple, compact and disposable system to adjust, regulate, and indicate negative or positive pressure applied to the valve is also described.

摘要: A variable displacement piston pump, having: a housing, a pivot assembly to pivot between minimal and maximum pivot angles; a pump cover defining an actuator bore with an actuator piston, an actuator arm extending from the actuator piston to the pivot assembly; and an electronic control unit (ECU) coupled to the pump, the ECU having: a pump controller, a linear variable differential transducer (LVDT) coupled to the pump controller and the actuator piston, and an electrohydraulic solenoid valve (EHSV) coupled to the pump controller, the ECU is configured to: determine a pivot differential for the pivot assembly between a target pivot angle and a current pivot angle; determine a position differential for the actuator piston, corresponding to the pivot differential of the pivot assembly; control the EHSV to move the actuator piston by the position differential; and determine, from the LVDT, that the actuator piston moved by the position differential.
