    Abstract: An invention proposes a solar radiation absorbing panel that serves preferably for air heating,The solar radiation absorbing panel is constructed from two metal sheets.The metal sheets are sealingly joined along their edges.The metal sheets are provided with mechanical or magnetic means; the both metal sheets are interlocked by these means along some lines or at some spots.This ensures diminishment of buckling these sheets under operating pressure and establishing of a certain distance between them with small deviations with respect to its average value.The outer side of one metal sheet is coated with a black or selective paint absorbing solar radiation.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a solar array column cap that includes a main body extending between a left side and a right side to define a channel, the channel configured to at least partially receive a vertical column of a solar array support structure such that the main body surrounds the vertical column. The main body further includes a left flange extending radially outwardly from the left side of the channel and right flange extending radially outwardly from the right side of the channel. Further, the main body includes an left upper flap extending from a top edge of the left flange, and a right upper flap extending from a top edge of the right flange, the right upper flap and left upper flap being co-planar. In another embodiment, a body has an opening extending along a center axis from a bottom to a top, the opening configured to receive the vertical column such that the body surrounds the vertical column, and an upper support surface configured to receive a horizontal beam, the upper support surface being located in a plane that is non-perpendicular with the center axis.

    Abstract: A mounting bracket assembly is provided in which a mounting bracket includes a first attachable bracket piece and a second attachable bracket piece, a first fastener, a second fastener, and a third fastener. Each attachable bracket piece has a top member and a bottom member connected to the top member at an angle. The first clamp is attached to the top member of the first attachable bracket piece by the first fastener. The second clamp is attached to the top member of the second attachable bracket piece by a second fastener. The third fastener secures the bottom member of the first attachable bracket piece to the bottom member of the second attachable bracket piece. The mounting bracket defines a beam insertion aperture between the top members and the bottom members. The mounting bracket assembly may include a first integral grounding device located adjacent the top member of the first attachable bracket piece or adjacent the top member of the second attachable bracket piece. The first integral grounding device is configured to electrically bond a frame of an electricity generating device to the mounting bracket assembly.
