    摘要: An electric push rod with a dual brake mechanism includes an electric motor, a transmission device, a first brake mechanism and a second brake mechanism. The electric motor has a driving wheel. The transmission device is installed on a side of the electric motor and includes a deceleration mechanism, a lead screw, a driven wheel, and a telescopic pipe. The deceleration mechanism is disposed between the driving wheel and the driven wheel. The lead screw is sheathed with the driven wheel and the driven wheel is driven by the electric motor to rotate together with the lead screw. The telescopic pipe and the lead screw are screwed and driven. The lead screw is sheathed with the first brake mechanism formed on a side edge of the driven wheel. The lead screw is sheathed with the second brake mechanism disposed between the driven wheel and the telescopic pipe.

    摘要: Linear actuator (8) comprising a quick release (27) for disengagement of an adjustment element (23) from an electric motor (19) and the part of a transmission (20) extending from the electric motor (19) to the quick release (27), such that the spindle (21) of the linear actuator is rotated under the load on the adjustment element (23). Further, the linear actuator comprises brake means (28) connected to the spindle (21) for controlling the speed of the adjustment element (23), when the quick release (27) is activated. A coupling (34;52,53,54) connected the brake means (28) is configured to set the brake means (28) in an active state, when the coupling (34; 52,53,54) is engaged, or in an inactive state, when the coupling (34;52,53,54) is slipping or disengaged.

    摘要: A high-load linear actuator includes a driving mechanism, a worm shaft, a worm wheel assembly, a lead screw, a telescopic pipe and an outer pipe. The driving mechanism includes a base and a motor. The base has a supporting portion and an accommodating portion. The motor is fixed to the supporting portion. The worm shaft extends from the motor into the supporting portion. The worm wheel assembly includes a worm wheel and two bearings for supporting the worm wheel in the accommodating portion. The worm wheel is engaged with the worm shaft. The lead screw is disposed through the worm wheel and driven by the motor for rotation. The telescopic pipe slips on the lead screw to be threadedly connected therewith. The outer pipe slips on the telescopic pipe. The rotation of the lead screw drives the telescopic pipe to linearly extend or retract relative to the outer pipe.

    摘要: Actuator of the type where a driving rod (11) is extended by a nut (10) on a driven spindle. A manually operated emergency lowering device (14) for the driving rod (11) is mounted between the driving rod (11) and a mounting bracket (16) at the end thereof. The emergency lowering device (14) comprises a first cylindrical part (15) connected with the mounting bracket (16) and a second cylindrical part (17) connected with the driving rod (11). The two cylindrical parts are coupled together by a screw spring (21). The spring is released by an operating grip (19) constructed as a bushing in which the one end (22) of the spring (21) is secured. The other end (23) of the spring (21) is secured in the cylindrical part (17) connected with the driving rod (11). Rotation of the bushing causes the spring (21) to be released, whereby the driving rod (11) may be screwed back by the manually applied torque.

    摘要: An electromechanical linear actuator assembly having in-line axial load support of its screw drive shaft is provided. The bearing support structure provides a single in-line ball bearing accommodated within a hardened end fitting and a screw pivot recess in the axial screw drive shaft. For axial loading in an opposite direction, a number of smaller ball bearings are provided around the outer periphery of the screw shaft in a groove, and are retained within the hardened end fitting by a bearing retainer. End rod support bearings providing heat compensation and lubrication fluid transfer are also provided. A braking mechanism having increased life and more consistent load engagement is also provided. Further, integrated electronics may be provided for position sensing and power efficiency control.

    摘要: A load bearing, one-way, spring clutch assembly for use in a load bearing assembly where the load bearing assembly includes a housing, a shaft rotatably mounted to the housing, a drive for applying a first torsion load to the shaft, and a thrust load applying a second torsion load to the shaft in a direction opposite the first torsion load. The load bearing, one-way, spring clutch assembly has first and second clutch members, one of the clutch members secured to the shaft for rotation therewith, and the other clutch member mounted on the shaft for rotation about a common axis with the one clutch member. Thrust load bearings are between the clutch members for carrying the thrust load. A spring clutch allows rotation of the one clutch member relative to the other where the first torsion load is greater than the second torsion load, and locks the clutch members together so that the one clutch member cannot rotate relative to the other where the second torsion load is greater than the first torsion load. A friction plate between the clutch assembly and housing resists rotation of the clutch assembly and shaft as otherwise would be caused by the thrust load.
