Abstract: A coupling element for fitting to a threaded spindle. The coupling element has a receiving portion which is formed integrally with a coupling portion. The receiving portion extends in a hollow-cylindrical manner along an axis having an axial receiving opening for receiving the threaded spindle, and the coupling portion is flattened transversely with respect to the axis relative to the receiving portion and has a connection means. In order to be able to produce a coupling element in a more efficient and flexible manner, the receiving portion and the coupling portion be formed from a continuous integral pipe portion, wherein the coupling portion has a pressing portion in which the pipe portion is plastically compressed flat transversely relative to the axis.

Abstract: An electric actuator having a hand-screw release device, including: housing, drive motor, transmission assembly, rotary screw rod and driving nut, and further including: clutch device configured to engage or disengage power transmission between the transmission assembly and the rotary screw rod; a self-locking device configured to produce a friction resistance against the rotary screw rod when the rotary screw rod rotates reversely; and a hand-screw release device including a release rotary knob, the first driving member being connected to the clutch device, the second driving member being configured to connect the self-locking device, and the release rotary knob being turned to present an initial state and a completely released state, wherein in the course of switching from the initial state to the completely released state, the first driving member activates the clutch device to disengage the power connection, and the second driving member activates the release torsion spring to release.

Abstract: Linear drive with a gear housing extending along a longitudinal axis, in which a spindle is rotatably mounted with a worm wheel connected to it in a rotationally fixed manner, a spindle nut running on the spindle, which is adjustable on the spindle between a retracted position and an extended position and which acts on a lifting tube. The spindle nut is arranged in the retracted position guide tube and retracted in the region of a rear end of the guide tube, and thus the lifting tube is also retracted into the guide tube. The spindle nut is arranged at a front end of the guide tube in the extended position. An electric motor drives the screw, which extends along a transverse axis extending transversely to the longitudinal axis, wherein the electric motor is accommodated in a motor housing which is connected to the gear housing. Furthermore, a control system is arranged in a control housing. In order to simplify the assembly of the control housing, a connection is formed between the control housing and the drive housing, which is designed in such a way that the latter is simultaneously electrically connected to the drive housing during the mechanical attachment.

Abstract: A linear drive having a transmission housing and an electric motor which is accommodated in the transmission housing and drives a shaft with a worm. The shaft meshes with a worm gear which is non-rotatably connectable to a clutch to a spindle holder non-rotatably connected to a spindle. The clutch is biased by a spring and is adjustable by a clutch actuation. The clutch actuation includes a slide element which bears against the clutch and which is arranged non-rotatably but axially displaceably. A rotary element which is axially fixed but rotatable about an axis of rotation engages the slide element at an outside that faces away from the clutch. Run-on bevels of complementary configuration are provided between the slide element and the rotary element. The rotary element is actuable by a pulling element, and the slide element is axially displaceably in relation to the rotary element.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a linear actuator including an external adjustable variable limit switch. The linear actuator allows the position of the limit switch to be adjusted without disassembling the linear actuator or motor. In one embodiment, the linear actuator includes a profile tube having an upper end and a lower end, a slot that runs from the upper end to the lower end of the profile tube, and an internal track that runs from the upper end to the lower end of the profile tube. The linear actuator also includes at least one limit switch mounted on the slot and a limit switch adjuster and a locking fastener configured to permit the position of the limit switch to be adjusted without disassembly of the linear actuator or motor. The limit switch adjuster is further configured to be positioned in the internal track.
