    Abstract: Leadscrew and nut actuators are described. The leadscrew and nut actuators include a leadscrew having an external thread and formed from a first material, a nut configured to receive the leadscrew, the nut having an internal thread and formed from a second material, and an insert arranged between the internal thread of the nut and the external thread of the leadscrew, the insert configured to transfer force between the external thread and the internal thread and prevent material contact between the leadscrew and the nut. The insert is formed of a third material different from the first material and the second material.

    Abstract: A linear transmission device includes a screw, a moving member, a return element, and a sensor. The moving member is set in the screw to form a load path therebetween. The return element is set in the moving member and has a return path connected to the load path. The return path and the load path constitute a circulating path for balls to run. The moving member has an internal thread with an ineffective thread section. The moving member has a receiving groove adjacent to the ineffective thread section. The sensor is embedded in the receiving groove of the moving member without affecting the operation of the balls. Thus, the linear transmission device of the present invention can solve the problem of the sensor protruding from the moving member, so that the configuration of the surrounding space and the stroke of the moving member will not be affected.

    Abstract: A reciprocating linear pushrod includes a base, a transmission mechanism and a moving mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a motor and a rotary shaft, and the rotary shaft has a threaded portion including a left-handed thread groove and a right-handed thread groove crossed with each other, and both ends of the left-handed thread groove are communicated to both ends of the right-handed thread groove respectively. The moving mechanism includes a moving rod and a crescent member, and the moving rod has an axial hole and a radial hole and is sheathed on the rotary shaft by the axial hole, and the crescent member is accommodated in the radial hole and embedded into the threaded portion, so that the moving mechanism can be moved reciprocally according to the rotation of the rotary shaft, and this disclosure has the effects of reducing the total volume and simplifying the structure significantly.

    Abstract: An object is to reduce the load on a driving device for turning a screw shaft (2) in a cooling liquid discharge apparatus (10) for use in a ball screw apparatus (100) used in a machine tool or the like to make the apparatus compact and to prevent an increase in the manufacturing cost. The cooling liquid discharge apparatus (10) according to the invention has a housing (14) that is provided with proximity portions (5d, 6f) that extend radially inwardly to be close to the screw shaft 2 and reservoirs (11, 12, 13) that temporally store cooling liquid (8), which are arranged alternately along the axial direction, and discharge ports (5e, 6e, 6g) through which cooling liquid (8) is discharged from the reservoirs (11, 12, 13).
