Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electric cylinder with a buffering device. The electric cylinder includes a cylinder barrel, a linear motion component and a buffering device. The linear motion component is axially movable in the cylinder barrel. A load end of the linear motion component is connected to a load, and a power end of the linear motion component is connected to a power source. The buffering device is provided close to at least one of the load end of the linear motion component or the power end of the linear motion component, so as to provide buffering for the at least one of the load end or the power end.

Abstract: A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, comprising a rotatably mounted ball screw shaft on which a ball nut, which is open axially on one side, is mounted, wherein at least one thread is formed on a circumferential face of the ball screw shaft and a corresponding thread is formed on an inner face of the ball nut, wherein a large number of balls is guided in the threads in such a way that rotation of the ball screw shaft causes axial displacement of the ball nut along an axis of rotation of the ball screw shaft. The ball nut has a corrosion protection coating on an exterior thereof, at least on an end face thereof and in a region of a circumferential wall adjacent to the end face. A method for producing a ball screw drive is disclosed.

Abstract: A linear transmission device includes a screw, a moving member, a return element, and a sensor. The moving member is set in the screw to form a load path therebetween. The return element is set in the moving member and has a return path connected to the load path. The return path and the load path constitute a circulating path for balls to run. The moving member has an internal thread with an ineffective thread section. The moving member has a receiving groove adjacent to the ineffective thread section. The sensor is embedded in the receiving groove of the moving member without affecting the operation of the balls. Thus, the linear transmission device of the present invention can solve the problem of the sensor protruding from the moving member, so that the configuration of the surrounding space and the stroke of the moving member will not be affected.
