Abstract: An actuator assembly of an electromechanical vehicle brake has a linearly displaceable brake piston, a brake calliper unit having a holder for the brake piston, and a rotation prevention arrangement. The rotation prevention arrangement comprises a ring pushed onto a contact surface on the brake piston and connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the brake piston at an inner circumferential surface. The ring has at least one radially outwardly protruding securing projection, and a groove associated with the securing projection, which runs in the axial direction in the inner circumferential surface of the holder. A method for mounting and dismounting the brake piston is also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a restoring device (1) for restoring a brake pad of a motor vehicle disc brake, and to a motor vehicle disc brake which comprises a restoring device of this type.
The restoring device (1) comprises a wear compensation means (2) and a tension arrangement (7) for generating a restoring force, having a bearing region (10) for support on a brake carrier of the motor vehicle disc brake, and a coupling section (8), the bearing region (10) defining a bearing plane (AE) by way of a bearing contact (11) which, when the tension arrangement (7) bears against the brake carrier, comes into contact with the latter.
Furthermore, the restoring device (1) comprises a coupling device (4), by way of which the wear compensation means and the tension arrangement (7) are coupled to one another or can be coupled to one another in such a way that, in the coupled state of the wear compensation means (2) and the tension arrangement (7), it permits a perpendicular orientation of the wear compensation axis (VA) with respect to the bearing plane (AE) and an orientation of the wear compensation axis (VA) which differs from the perpendicular orientation and is inclined within a pivot angle range (a) towards the bearing plane (AE) in every extent direction of the bearing plane (AE).-

Abstract: A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, having a rotatably mounted recirculating ball screw spindle, on which a spindle nut open on one side is mounted. At least one thread groove is formed on the circumferential surface of the recirculating ball screw spindle, and a corresponding thread groove is formed on the inner surface of the spindle nut. A multiplicity of balls is guided in the thread grooves in such a way that rotation of the recirculating ball screw spindle brings about axial movement of the spindle nut along a rotational axis of the recirculating ball screw spindle. The spindle nut is manufactured from rolling bearing steel or from C steel.

The hydraulic brake pressure is subsequently reduced.

Abstract: A ball screw drive for an actuator assembly of a vehicle brake is disclosed, comprising a rotatably mounted ball screw shaft on which a ball nut, which is open axially on one side, is mounted, wherein at least one thread is formed on a circumferential face of the ball screw shaft and a corresponding thread is formed on an inner face of the ball nut, wherein a large number of balls is guided in the threads in such a way that rotation of the ball screw shaft causes axial displacement of the ball nut along an axis of rotation of the ball screw shaft. The ball nut has a corrosion protection coating on an exterior thereof, at least on an end face thereof and in a region of a circumferential wall adjacent to the end face. A method for producing a ball screw drive is disclosed.
