Abstract: The invention relates to a restoring device (1) for restoring a brake pad of a motor vehicle disc brake, and to a motor vehicle disc brake which comprises a restoring device of this type.
The restoring device (1) comprises a wear compensation means (2) and a tension arrangement (7) for generating a restoring force, having a bearing region (10) for support on a brake carrier of the motor vehicle disc brake, and a coupling section (8), the bearing region (10) defining a bearing plane (AE) by way of a bearing contact (11) which, when the tension arrangement (7) bears against the brake carrier, comes into contact with the latter.
Furthermore, the restoring device (1) comprises a coupling device (4), by way of which the wear compensation means and the tension arrangement (7) are coupled to one another or can be coupled to one another in such a way that, in the coupled state of the wear compensation means (2) and the tension arrangement (7), it permits a perpendicular orientation of the wear compensation axis (VA) with respect to the bearing plane (AE) and an orientation of the wear compensation axis (VA) which differs from the perpendicular orientation and is inclined within a pivot angle range (a) towards the bearing plane (AE) in every extent direction of the bearing plane (AE).-

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating a vehicle brake system and to a vehicle brake system, wherein the vehicle brake system comprises at least one hydraulic vehicle brake (10), having a brake caliper (12), having a brake piston (16), having a brake piston seal (20) which is assigned to the brake caliper (12) and which acts between the brake caliper (12) and brake piston (16), having brake pads (22), and having a brake disk (24), in which method a hydraulic brake pressure acting on the brake piston (16) is built up in a manner dependent on a braking command. The brake pressure is furthermore held in a manner dependent on the braking command. If the braking command is withdrawn, the hydraulic brake pressure acting on the brake piston (16) is reduced to a hydraulic intermediate pressure, and the hydraulic intermediate pressure is held for a defined second period of time. The hydraulic brake pressure is subsequently reduced.

Abstract: A bake piston, which is arranged on a brake caliper of a disc brake of a vehicle, has a first and a second tubular piston body portion which are connected together at a first axial end of the brake piston via an annular end wall. The second piston body portion forms a receptacle in which a spindle nut of a spindle drive is accommodated so as to be axially displaceable and not rotatable relative to the brake piston, and receives a drive spindle. The first piston body portion has a radially inwardly directed floor region. The end wall is axially stepped towards the outside and has a radially outer portion and a radially inner portion which each have an end face pointing axially away from the brake piston, wherein the end face of the radially inner portion is axially offset relative to the end face of the radially outer portion in the direction towards the second axial end of the brake piston.

Abstract: An electromotive actuator assembly for an electromechanical vehicle brake is disclosed having a transmission that comprises transmission shafts, cylindrical brake surface provided in the transmission and which encircles an axis of rotation, and a blocking element mounted eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a disc brake arrangement comprising, a brake carrier, at least one brake lining, and at least one positioning device. The brake carrier comprises a brake disc shaft, comprising at least one outer face which is a side remote from the brake disc shaft, comprising at least one inner face which is a side facing the brake disc shaft, and comprising guide grooves which run in each case from the outer face to the inner face, the direction thereof defining an actuating direction, and which are formed in each case from two opposing guide surfaces and a support surface connecting the guide surfaces. The at least one brake lining comprises a friction lining and a lining carrier which is displaceably mounted by guide ears in the guide grooves in the actuating direction. The at least one positioning device comprises a guide and comprises a clamping device, the brake lining and the brake carrier being coupled thereby so as to be displaceable relative to one another. The clamping device has at least one protruding, elastically-acting clamping element which, due to the elastic deformation in an operating configuration of the positioning device, brings about both a frictional connection between the clamping device and the guide, which permits a wear adjustment and generates a restoring force when an actuating force is applied to the positioning device. The disclosure further relates to a mounting method for mounting a positioning device in the disc brake arrangement.
