Abstract: An actuator assembly of an electromechanical vehicle brake has a linearly displaceable brake piston, a brake calliper unit having a holder for the brake piston, and a rotation prevention arrangement. The rotation prevention arrangement comprises a ring pushed onto a contact surface on the brake piston and connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the brake piston at an inner circumferential surface. The ring has at least one radially outwardly protruding securing projection, and a groove associated with the securing projection, which runs in the axial direction in the inner circumferential surface of the holder. A method for mounting and dismounting the brake piston is also disclosed.

Furthermore, an actuator assembly (10) and a method for producing a ball-screw drive (16) are indicated.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a brake caliper for a disk brake comprising a supporting structure having a bridge and at least one bridge finger. The at least one bridge finger has a brake lining side, an outer side and a bore, that extends into the outer side. The bore has a bore axis and a bore wall. A profiling is recessed into the bore wall. A faceplate having a peg, projects into the bore and has a peg circumferential surface. A sleeve, which has a sleeve body is arranged between the bore wall and the peg circumferential surface. The sleeve has a spring arm, which is bent outwardly in the radial direction away from the sleeve body. The profiling is designed in such a way that the outwardly bent spring arm can latch into the profiling at various points of the profiling in the axial direction of the bore axis.

Abstract: There is set out an actuator subassembly (10) for a vehicle brake, having a linearly displaceable, unilaterally open brake piston (20) which is used to apply a brake liner to a brake rotor, having a brake calliper unit (12), in which a receptacle (22) having a running face (24) for the brake piston (20) is provided, and having a rotation prevention member which has at least one axially extending groove (38) in the running face (24) and at least one rotation prevention element (32) and by means of which the brake piston (20) is guided in the brake calliper unit (12) in a rotationally secure manner when the rotation prevention element (32) is received in the groove (38). The rotation prevention member is constructed in such a manner that the brake piston (20) can be inserted in the receptacle in an axial direction during assembly of the actuator subassembly (10) together with the rotation prevention element (32) so that the rotation prevention element (32) is located in the groove (38) in a rotationally secure manner. Furthermore, a method for producing an actuator subassembly (10) is set out.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a disc brake arrangement comprising, a brake carrier, at least one brake lining, and at least one positioning device. The brake carrier comprises a brake disc shaft, comprising at least one outer face which is a side remote from the brake disc shaft, comprising at least one inner face which is a side facing the brake disc shaft, and comprising guide grooves which run in each case from the outer face to the inner face, the direction thereof defining an actuating direction, and which are formed in each case from two opposing guide surfaces and a support surface connecting the guide surfaces. The at least one brake lining comprises a friction lining and a lining carrier which is displaceably mounted by guide ears in the guide grooves in the actuating direction. The at least one positioning device comprises a guide and comprises a clamping device, the brake lining and the brake carrier being coupled thereby so as to be displaceable relative to one another. The clamping device has at least one protruding, elastically-acting clamping element which, due to the elastic deformation in an operating configuration of the positioning device, brings about both a frictional connection between the clamping device and the guide, which permits a wear adjustment and generates a restoring force when an actuating force is applied to the positioning device. The disclosure further relates to a mounting method for mounting a positioning device in the disc brake arrangement.
