In a locked or semi-locked state, a contact portion between the output side engaging portion and the output side engaged portion is located on the side closer to the rotation center of the output member in a first direction in relation to a virtual line connecting the rotation center of the output member and a contact portion between one pressing surface of the pair of pressing surfaces and the pressed surface.

    摘要: The invention relates to a load torque lock (100) having a brake element (40) in particular designed as a torsional spring and frictionally interacting with a brake body (36) for locking a torque, and having a drive wheel preferably rotatably supported on an axle (17) and coupled to at least one pusher (20) interacting with the drive wheel (18) for transmitting a torque from a drive motor (12), wherein the pusher (20) comprises at least one contact region (32) to the brake element (40) by means of which a torque to be locked can be introduced into the braking body (36) by means of the brake element (40). According to the invention, the pusher (20) is made of a first pusher element (24) and a second pusher element (30) designed as a separate component, such that the first or second pusher element (24, 30) comprises at least one pusher dog (26) engaging in a penetration (27) in the drive wheel (18), such that both pusher elements (24, 30) are disposed on different sides of the drive wheel (18), with the exception of the at least one pusher dog (26).

    摘要: This electric actuator for driving a home-automation screen is provided with a spring brake (105) comprising a helical spring (130), a friction part (140) having a friction surface (141) against which the helical spring (130) bears radially. Said brake further comprises an inlet part (110) suitable for driving the spring in rotation in a direction reducing the contact force between the spring (130) and the friction part (140), and an outlet part (120) connected to the screen.While the screen is being lowered, the inlet part (110; 210) drives the spring (130; 230) in rotation with the contact force being decreased to the extent that the outlet part (120; 220) is released in rotation, without direct contact between the inlet part and the outlet part. The inlet part (110; 210) has at least two contact surfaces (113a, 113d; 213b, 217c) suitable for transmitting drive torque (CM) for raising the screen (2), by direct contact, to at least two corresponding contact surfaces (123a, 123d; 223b, 227a) of the outlet part (120; 220).

The click spring relatively rotates the output rings by the stoppage of the rotation driving of the output gear.

    摘要: A torque transfer limiting arrangement includes a housing, an input drive shaft, an output drive shaft, and an output cam plate having a plurality of ball ramps with a plurality of balls for transmitting input torque to the output cam plate. A stator assembly is rotatably fixed relative to the housing, and includes at least one stator friction disc. A rotor assembly includes at least one rotor friction disc rotatable relative to the stator friction disc. A sensing spring permits axial displacement of the output cam plate when the input torque exceeds a predetermined maximum limit, whereupon the plurality of balls in the ball ramps cause axial displacement of the output cam to thereby drive the clutch into an engaged state causing relative rotation between the rotor and stator friction discs for isolating and frictionally dissipating the input torque.
