    摘要: The invention proposes a method for characterizing the amplitude (AS) of play (S(t)) in an electromechanical actuator (10), the electromechanical actuator comprising an electric motor (11) and a movable element (1) that is able to be moved by the motor, the actuator (10) comprising an upstream sensor (41) suitable for measuring a position (Xl(t)) of the motor and a downstream sensor (42) suitable for measuring a position (X2(t)) of the movable element, and a force sensor (43) suitable for measuring a load (Fl(t)) applied to the movable element, the method comprising steps of: (El) measuring the position (Xl(t)) of the motor, the position (X2(t)) of the movable element and the load (Fl(t)) applied to the movable element using the three sensors; (E2) on the basis of a computer model of the actuator and of the measured position (Xl(t)) of the motor, of the measured position (X2(t)) of the movable element and of the measured load (Fl(t)) applied to the movable element, estimating a value of the amount of mechanical play (S(t)) using a state observer and considering the play (S(t)) to be a state component; and (E3) determining the amplitude (AS) of the play from a set of values of the dynamic variable, which values are obtained in the preceding step at various times (t).

    摘要: An electromechanical brake system capable of conducting a brake pad wear check includes a structure defining a chamber, a member that rotates with a wheel, a motor mounted to the structure, a reciprocating piston, a brake pad, and a controller. The piston is driven by the motor between a variable actuated position and a retracted position. The brake pad is movably supported by the structure, operatively coupled to the piston, and adapted for braking contact with the member when the piston is in the actuated position, and spaced from the member when the piston is in the retracted position. The controller controls reciprocation of the piston between the actuated and retracted positions via energization of the motor, performs a brake pad wear check by calculating a change in a parameter associated with a change in distance between positions, and compares the change in parameter to a threshold value.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a time-temperature indicator for monitoring the quality state of a thermally sensitive article and a monitoring method. The present invention also relates to a preparation method of the time-temperature indicator and a thermally sensitive article using the time-temperature indicator. The time-temperature indicator according to the present invention comprises two laminated layers which are physically separated, i.e. a function indication layer and an adsorption function layer. The two laminated layers are stored and transported separately, and combined together in use. Therefore, the time-temperature indicator of the present invention can be stored and transported at room temperature, which reduces the usage costs of the time-temperature indicator.

    摘要: The brake indicator is a cylindrical device, measuring approximately one quarter of an inch in length and three-eighths of an inch in width. This component is a high temperature insulator pressed part with a round rod, as well as a wire configuration with terminal rubber booth protection. The wiring serves as the communication conduit between the brakes and the dashboard panel control inside the vehicle. The brake indicator assembly's sensor rod is positioned flush with each brake pad. Thus, the sensor rod will have contact with the rotor every time the brakes are depressed. As such, the indicator sensor rod will touch the rotor behind the brake pad before the pad wears down enough for a metal-on-metal contact. When the sensor rod touches the rotor, the wiring activates the warning light on the vehicle's dashboard, thereby informing the driver of the potential problem.
