    摘要: Disclosed herein is an actuator for an intake manifold, wherein the actuator may include: a housing having a negative pressure space; an operating unit operated by the pressure of air introduced into and discharged from the negative pressure space, and rotating the variable valve; an exhaust flow path connected to an external negative pressure supply source; an intake flow path receiving external air which raises the pressure of the negative pressure space; a spool hole formed in the housing so as to communicate with the exhaust flow path and the intake flow path; an air entry and exit flow path formed in the housing so as to communicate with the negative pressure space and the spool hole; a valve body selectively opening/closing the exhaust flow path and the intake flow path; and a solenoid unit operating the valve body.

    摘要: The intake system has a valve seat, a plate valve, and an elastic sealing member. A path is provided to pass through the valve seat and to communicate with an intake passage of an internal combustion engine. The plate valve fits to or separates from the valve seat to close or open the path. The plate valve is provided with through holes passing through the plate valve in the thickness direction at a valve periphery part. The through holes are arranged linearly one after another in a peripheral direction of the plate valve to be offset to each other in the direction perpendicular to the peripheral direction. The elastic sealing member includes an elastic covering part that covers a first surface and a second surface of the plate valve and elastic coupling parts that are disposed in the through holes and are coupled with the elastic covering part at the first surface and the second surface.

    摘要: An outboard motor includes an engine and an exhaust pipe. The engine has a crank case, a cylinder body, and a cylinder head aligned along the front-rear direction of the outboard motor, and arranged to support a crankshaft so as to extend along an up-down direction. The exhaust pipe is arranged to lead an exhaust gas of the engine to a main exhaust passage positioned below the engine. The cylinder head has an exhaust gas outlet opened in the side portion on one side of the cylinder head in the left-right direction of the outboard motor. The exhaust pipe has a bypass exhaust pipe which, in a plan view, extends from the exhaust gas outlet, bypasses the engine along the crank case, and reaches the other side in the left-right direction of the engine.

    摘要: The invention relates to a suction device for an internal combustion engine provided with a first manifold (1) having a slot (3). A first suction line (5) is extended from an input orifice (7) which enters the first manifold (1) to an output orifice (9) which connects the first suction line (5) to the suction line of a cylinder head of the internal combustion engine. The inventive device also comprises a second suction line (11) and a second manifold (13) provided with a second slot (15) which are orientable and interconnectable. When the second suction line is in the first pivoting position, intake air passes through the first slot (3) to the first manifold (1) and afterwards, flows to the first suction line (5). When the second suction line is in a second pivoting position, the first and second slots (3, 15) are hermetically connected to each other in such a way that intake air passes through the first slot (3) and directly through the second slot (15) in order to enter the second manifold (13) and afterwards, to flow to the first suction line (5) crossing the second suction line (11).
