摘要: A 3D printing system for 3D printing of concrete buildings or other concrete structures. A set of cable support masts are temporarily installed at corners of a two-dimensional footprint area of any given level of a multi-level building to enable 3D printing of wall sections or other structural components of that given level of the building using a cable-guided concrete dispensing nozzle suspended from said cable support masts by a set of movable, motor-driven positioning cables. The building is built in stage-wise fashion, level-by-level, with the set of support masts being moved up level-by-level as the levels of the building are completed. The construction of the building is not dependent on a set of ground-level towers distributed around the ground-level footprint of the building, thus notably reducing equipment requirements for the 3D printed construction of tall, multi-storey buildings.

摘要: Device for producing an elongated concrete element extending in the vertical direction, for example a tower of a wind turbine generator system, comprising an inner casing and an outer casing, the inner casing and the outer casing being configured in such a way that between the inner casing and the outer casing there is an interspace, which is of a height that is less than the height of the concrete element to be produced. A number of pumps are used, in order to pump concrete into the interspace. The pumps are designed in such a way that the concrete can be introduced at high pressure in such a way that the interspace is filled with concrete and that the concrete element is forced vertically upwards out of the interspace during the hardening of the concrete. As the concrete element rises, an attachments, that later serves for pulling up and mounting various elements, is transported upwards.

摘要: A support assembly (1) is provided for the roof or hanging wall (36, 114) of an underground mine. The assembly comprises at least one support elongate (30) and a grout bag (2, 60, 80, 90, 102, 108, 120) used in association therewith and wherein the grout bag is inflated with settable granular material or grout (42). The support elongate is substantially surrounded, in plan view, by the grout bag and set granular material or grout contained therein. Preferably at least one cross-member (28) extends generally diametrically across the top of the support assembly and is anchored to the roof or hanging wall by the support elongate. The grout bag is preferably suspended from the end regions of the cross-member. Various grout bags for inclusion in such a support assembly are also provided.

摘要: Building a structure in accordance with the new system includes setting up a plurality of column forms anchored to a footing, pumping one floor-height''s worth of cement slurry into the forms, casting a floor at the tops of these columns; after the cement has set, pumping another floor-height''s worth of the cement slurry into the bottoms of the column forms to raise the building for receipt of another, lower floor, etc., until the building is complete.

摘要: Method for repairing or forming structural bodies of selfhardening fluid cement mortar, in a sub-aqueous or other situs, utilizing body-forming cavity including body-shaping walls of porous fabric in combination with openwork matrix means. Fluid mortar or like cementitious material pumped into cavity to fill same and expand fabric walls against tensional restraint of fixedly maintained matrix means. Pressure of fluid material continued against restraint of matrix means until small proportions of fluid material oozes into the porous fabric, and indicates attainment of lowered water-cement ratio in formed body, and then fluid material is allowed to set and harden in said given formed shape. Some, if not all, forms of the invention are particularly useful for under-water installations, such as breakwaters because forming matrices thereof are capable of withstanding rough seas or storm waves without damage during the construction processes, and because the fluid cement mortar pumping operations are possible in minimum of time when rough water conditions subside.
