摘要: A method and an article of manufacture are disclosed for constructing, reinforcing, and repairing various structural elements such as columns, piles and the like using formworks that are reusable. The reusable articles of manufacture employed in the disclosed methods are or, if desired, may be permanently left in place. Same or similar methods and articles of manufacture may be employed to easily construct pipes of any desired diameter in a very short time.

摘要: A method and apparatus for forming cemented ground support columns is disclosed. Namely, driving mandrels are provided for the efficient construction of incrementally enlarged diameter support columns. For example, the driving mandrel includes a feed tube that has a top portion and an expansion head portion. The expansion head portion further includes an expansion (or compaction) chamber and a flexible tubular egress port. Further, construction methods are provided of using the driving mandrels for the efficient construction of incrementally enlarged diameter support columns.

摘要: A forming tube for forming and reinforcing a concrete column includes a tubular lining and a fiber-reinforced composite shell. The tubular lining is made from a first material, and has inner and outer tubular surfaces. The inner tubular surface has a plurality of ridge units displaced from one another in a direction of an axis. Each ridge unit has a plurality of ridges displaced from one another in a circumferential direction. The fiber-reinforced composite shell is made from a second material different from the first material, and is configured to enclose the outer tubular surface. The fiber-reinforced composite shell is formed by winding a prepreg filament on the outer tubular surface, followed by curing the prepreg filament.

摘要: The present invention provides a building structure in which a Korean-style house and a wooden house are introduced to modern architecture, including: a framework made of reinforced concrete or concrete; and a mold for forming the framework, wherein the mold is used as a permanent mold and is a Korean-style house finishing material which is integrated with the reinforced concrete or concrete and is used as a finishing material of the interior and exterior of a building, thereby preventing indoor environmental pollution which may occur during the adhesion of finishing interior materials in a conventional construction method, and maintaining indoor humidity and improving an indoor environment since the structure is finished with natural materials such as wood and yellow loess. In addition, composite structures are integrated without damaging a reinforced concrete or concrete structure, thereby ensuring structural stability and enabling the combination of a high-rise building and a Korean-style house structure.

摘要: An example of a concrete form includes a sleeve with top edge and a bottom portion with a bottom edge generally parallel to the top edge. The bottom portion includes a plurality of bottom severance lines extending from the bottom edge to the top portion, and the top portion including a plurality of top creases extending from the top edge to the bottom portion. The top creases are generally perpendicular to the top and bottom edges. The top creases at least partially define a plurality of top panels around a periphery of the sleeve, and the bottom severance lines at least partially define a plurality of bottom panels configured to flare out when concrete is poured into the sleeve.
