摘要: Recyclable cylindrical structures and usage methods are provided. A recyclable cylindrical structure includes multiple prefabricated cylindrical units. Each unit is provided with a ring block coaxially fixed on the top of the unit, a ring slot coaxially formed in the bottom of the unit, two first sealing rings arranged on the top of the unit and a second sealing ring arranged on the top of the ring block of the unit. The ring block is provided with multiple first connection elements. Multiple second connection elements are arranged in the ring slot. For two adjacent prefabricated cylindrical units of the recyclable cylindrical structure, the ring block of the lower unit inserts into the ring slot of the upper unit and the first connection elements of the lower unit are corresponding and jammed one-to-one with the second connection elements of the upper unit.

摘要: Methods and systems for assembling a modular ornamental pole. Pole sections can be joined without visible seams by inserting a pole splice fixedly connected to an interior of a first pole section into an interior of a second pole section and then fixedly connecting the second pole section to the pole splice. The pole splice is preferably a length of pole fixedly attached on its exterior to shims with dimensions closely matching the dimensions of pole section hollow interiors (transverse to a long axis of the pole sections), such that the pole splice contacts the interiors of first and second pole sections in multiple substantially separated locations to thereby prevent lateral movement of the pole sections with respect to each other.

Each second connector extends in the longitudinal extension of a first connector and has a width increasing, from the first connector, from a first width substantially equal to the width of the first connector to a second width strictly larger than the first width, the second width being reached before the joining plane starting from the first connector.

摘要: A method of modular pole construction an elongate modular pole structure is disclosed. A first step of the method involves providing hollow tapered pole section modules, each module having a first open end and an opposed second open end. A cross-section of the second end is less than a cross-section of the first end. The modules are stacked to form an elongated modular pole structure of a selected length by mating the second end of a first module with the first end of a second module. The first and second modules may have different structural properties, such that poles having desired structural properties can be constructed by selectively combining modules having differing structural properties.

摘要: A system for assembling a tower section of a lattice tower structure for a wind turbine may generally include a tower assembly fixture having a plurality of radially extending fixture arms, wherein each fixture arm extends between a first end and a second end. In addition, the system may include a plurality of trolleys. Each trolley may include a base frame configured to be coupled to one of the fixture arms between its first and second ends and a leg mount pivotally coupled to the base frame. The leg mount may be configured to be coupled to a bottom end of a support leg of the tower section such that, when each of the support legs is coupled to its respective leg mount, the support legs are supported above the tower assembly fixture at a substantially vertical orientation.

摘要: This application relates to hinged tower segments and transport methods, and particularly to methods and apparatus for transporting and storing hinged segments of steel wind turbine towers. The wind turbine tower comprises a plurality of cylindrical vertical tower sections, which in the finished tower are mounted on top of one another. The vertical section of the tower has a longitudinal axis and comprises a plurality of wind turbine tower segments, the tower segments have vertical and horizontal edges and combine to form a complete vertical tower section by joining along their edges. Adjacent vertical tower sections are joined to each other along the horizontal edges of the wind turbine tower segments. Hinges are secured between tower segments and the tower segments rotated about the hinged axis to make them suitable for transport or storage. A method of assembling a tower section is discussed.
