摘要: A wind power generation system including a steel tower and a wind power generator is provided. The wind power generation system may include: a plurality of foundations; a steel tower; a wind power generator; and a support structure supporting the wind power generator. The steel tower may include a plurality of main column members extending upward from base ends fixed to the foundations. At least a portion of the support structure is fixed to at least one of the plurality of foundations without intervention of the plurality of main column members.

摘要: The invention relates to a tower section and to a method for raising said section with a complete new or existing wind turbine on the upper part thereof, the assembly being raised to heights greater than 120 meters by means of a raising system that operates at ground level and gradually inserts modular frame structures through the lower part. The modules have heights between 10 and 14 meters and are formed by a trellis of at least three vertical columns and with diagonal elements which react to the twisting moments and shear forces generated by the action of the wind. A transition part with a base sufficient for raising in wind conditions greater than 15 meters/second is disposed on top of the modules. The raising method has several steps, for example: producing and installing a foundation; assembling the transition part on a connection element of a footing; mounting the wind turbine complete with the tubular tower, nacelle and rotor thereof; installing a lifting system and joining structures on a connection element of the footing; lifting a module N; assembling the different modules; and lastly assembling the final module and removing the automatic raising system.

摘要: A truss assembly (12) has a plurality of structural members joined by a truss joint. The truss joint includes first (16) and second (18) structural members and a pair of shear plates (22). Each shear plate (22) includes at least one shear tab (24) having a curved alignment guide (40) formed by an elongated slot with an open end. An end of the second structural member (18) has a locating hole (42) proximate its mounting bolt hole. The truss assembly further includes an alignment/drift pin (44) used to position the second structural member (18) with respect to the shear plates (22). The alignment/drift pin (44) is configured to be inserted into the locating hole (42) and then maneuverable into the alignment guide (40) to position the second structural member (18) so that mounting bolt holes in the shear plates (22) and a mounting bolt hole in the second structural member (18) align allowing insertion of a through bolt (30).

摘要: Embodiments of a guided surface waveguide probe are disclosed. One embodiment, among others, has a guided surface waveguide probe including a charge terminal elevated over a lossy conducting medium by way of a support structure, and a substantially planar support platform situated under the support structure and co-planar with a roof of a substructure of the guided surface waveguide probe. The platform can include an aperture of sufficient size to enable a phasing coil to be moved vertically through the aperture for installation and removal of same. The support platform can be made from or include an insulating material part that is sufficiently insulating to prevent degradation of the support platform caused by the electric fields. A primary coil associated with the guided surface waveguide probe can magnetically couple with the phasing coil to excite the charge terminal to produce a guided surface wave on the lossy conducting medium.

摘要: The invention relates to a tower of a wind power plant, having a lower part in the form of a lattice tower or truss tower with at least two corner bars, and an upper part in the form of a cross-sectionally substantially round tubular tower, wherein each particular corner bar is put together from a plurality of steel tube profiles that are connected together in the longitudinal direction. In order to achieve good transportability and easier assembly of the components of such a tower, the invention proposes a modular tower concept. According to the invention, each particular corner bar is in this case put together from at least three steel tube profiles which are provided with perforated flanges for holding screws, wherein the corner bars are connected together by cross struts and/or tension struts attached to the flanges, and wherein the steel tube profiles of each particular corner bar are spirally welded steel tube profiles.

摘要: The present invention discloses a transition piece (10) for connecting a first component (20) having at least three columns (21) to a tower-shaped second component (30), wherein the transition piece (10) can be arranged between the first component (20) and the second component (30) and comprises a connection device for connecting the second component 30. The transition piece (10) is characterized in that it has at least three curved elements (11), the respective legs (13) of which are connectable at least indirectly to the first component (20). Each curved element (11) can be brought into direct contact with the second component (30) by means of convex end sections (14) arranged between the respective legs (13). In this way, the convex end sections (14) of the curved elements (11) form a receiving region (15) of the transition piece (11) and the second component (30) can be inserted into this receiving region.

摘要: A structural tower for a wind turbine assembly, includes along at least a base section: a plurality of peripheral sections extending peripherally of a central section. Each includes a convex-shaped wall having two longitudinal side edges and an inner framework connected to a respective one of the convex-shaped walls and extending inwardly therein. The inner framework includes spaced-apart transversal structural members connecting the two longitudinal side edges of the convex-shaped walls together and pairs of connecting structural members extending inwardly towards the central section. Each connecting structural member of a pair has a peripheral end connected to a respective one of the longitudinal side edges and an inner end connected to an inner end of a respective one of the connecting structural members of an adjacent one of the peripheral sections to define a structural concavity in the structural tower between adjacent peripheral sections.
