    摘要: A configurable steel form system for creating precast concrete panels is disclosed. The configurable steel form system can be used to create precast panels for both commercial tilt panels and highway noise barrier walls, among other applications. A plurality of steel form system sections are preferably fabricated from steel plate bent into a J-channel member. The configurable steel form system can be designed in sections that are quickly assembled. To suit a particular application, a section can be extended by sequentially attaching extension members to a primary member. A quick-release mechanism can be implemented for ease and speed of connection. Each section can have the panel depth and contour fabricated into the steel form profile. Anchoring holes and corner miters can also be cut into the form's framework.

A lower extension can extend from the main body portion in a first direction beyond the lower wall and an upper extension can extend from the main body portion in a second direction opposite the first direction beyond the upper wall.

    摘要: An illustrative composite structure for magnetic coupling includes a non-rigid bendable, flexible and optionally easily bendable member such as urethane that is molded into a desired shape and embeds a pliable strip such as woven fiberglass and a series of spaced apart magnets positioned along the fiberglass strip. Some embodiments are formed to serve as magnetically coupling devices for forming voids in precast concrete, including a chamfer form, a magnetic coupler for frame and other shaped voids, and a magnetic coupler and protective plug for attachment channel inserts. Another embodiment provides coupling of other metallic objects, for example, holding of small loose parts in an abrasive blasting or other industrial processes.

    摘要: The invention relates to a ceiling formwork system comprising several formwork elements, the bottom face of which is provided with supports that can be coupled to heads of vertical props. At least some areas of the cross section of said supports are embodied in a C-shaped manner, with two legs extending from a basic section. One of the legs is designed as a supporting surface that is to rest on a head of a vertical prop while the head of a vertical prop is provided with fixing elements which engage into one respective recess of a supporting surface. Said recess is configured so as to selectively couple the support to the vertical prop in two directions that are offset relative to each other by 90° at the end of the supporting surface which faces away from the basic section.
