摘要: A plastic formwork is disclosed, and comprises a slurry-receiving structure, wherein the slurry-receiving structure defines an aperture and a formwork-defined internal space, wherein a slurry is receivable within the formwork-defined internal space. The formwork further comprises a formwork-defined first connection system counterpart and a formwork-defined second connection system counterpart, each of which includes a sealed interface-effecting portion that is supported by a substrate portion. The material of the sealed interface-effecting portion is softer than the material of the substrate portion. The formwork is connectible to another formwork via interlocking engagement with effect that an obtained aperture and an obtained internal space are obtained, wherein a slurry is receivable within the obtained internal space. The interlocking engagement is with effect that sealing engagement is effected between the sealed interface-effecting portions of the formwork and the another formwork such that sealed interfaces are obtained between the formwork and the another formwork.

摘要: A formwork assembly is adapted to receive concrete to produce structures such as wall structures. The formwork includes PVC tubular form elements having recessed female engagement portions. The female engagement portions are adapted to receive respective male engagement portions. An octagonal form element has a female engagement portion positioned at each vertex between adjacent sides. A recessed female engagement portion is closed to the interior of the form element but open to the exterior of the form element. Thus, the form element includes a plurality of vertices open to the exterior. The form elements also include male engagement portions at an open side. Wall panels, corner panels, and joint connectors can also include male engagement portions. The male engagement portions and female engagement portions are adapted to mate to form a formwork arrangement having a substantially flat exterior wall. A formwork assembly can additionally include concrete flow apertures and insulation.

摘要: It is a constructive system that improves, facilitates and reduces costs in the construction of houses and buildings of one or more stories, through a new type of electro-welded steel structures pile up; through a new type of smart concrete blocks, that assembles one to each other with mortars, (mortars are blind view), because it always place to the interior of the blocks, which are linked to pillars through steel clips, whose role is make perpendicular and align; through a new type galvanized steel profiles to build roofs, which are joined to each other through connectors that allow them to easily take any degree of slope, and, through a new type of structural aluminum molds, which are used to build pillars, beams and slabs of reinforced concrete. Its main advantages are: 1. Reduces 43.22% the direct cost of construction (materials and workmanship direct) from each house basic (foundation, structure, concrete floor, metallic structure of the roof, and walls) 2. Increases 50% worker productivity 3. Reduces 50% use of mortar. 4. Improving the structural condition of homes to withstand earthquakes and hurricanes. 5. All materials used are not combustible. 6. The finishing of the walls is perfect, it does not require plaster. 7. The use of mortar inside the blocks to join them with each other, allows the pre-painted, manufactured blocks, achieving a perfect finish, and reducing the cost of painting of the houses.

摘要: According to one aspect of the invention, a block for building construction is provided. The block includes: a molded body formed of an inorganic material, wherein the molded body defines (a) a rectangular-box shape; (b) non-linear thermal paths of the body material across the block by offsetting and restricting the cross webbing of the block; and (c) at least two cavities in the block. According to another aspect, a block for building construction is provided, wherein the block includes: a molded body formed of an inorganic material, wherein the molded body defines (a) a rectangular-box shape; (b) at least two cavities in the block; and wherein the block has nominal dimensions of 6″×6″×24″.

摘要: A mould unit is formed from injection molded plastics for economy and light weight. The mould unit is formed so that walls can quickly and accurately be assembled by stacking the units in courses. As the units are stacked, utilities are installed into ducts laid as required into the units. Doors, windows and other similar structures are formed into the walls as the units are stacked. When assembled, door and window frames may be fastened directly into the units and finishing board can be fastened to the inner or outer walls. When ducts, pipes and cables for utilities have been installed, the assembled walls are filled with a setting composition, such as foamed concrete.
