摘要: A formwork core for a formwork system for concreting a bell body including a base frame and two corner supports detachably fastened at a variable distance. The corner supports each bear two corner connection panels, which are arranged at a right angle to each other around the corner and can be synchronously retracted and extended without touching each other. The corner supports also bear corner angle pieces, which likewise can be retracted and extended and, in the completely extended state, close the gap between the two associated corner connection panels in order to form a vertical outer shell of the formwork core. The vertical edges of the corner connection panels, which vertical edges are distant from the corner, have screw flanges facing inward. Optionally, at least one side formwork panel can be inserted between the corner connection panels one side.

摘要: A corner form apparatus having a rigid, angled form with a pair of leg sections and a plurality of gussets extending between the leg sections. A post is mounted for axial sliding back-and-forth movement within openings formed in the gussets between a pour position and a stripped position. A linear actuator is mounted between the rigid, angled form and the post and a pair of extension mounting arms are pivotally attached to the post at a first end and pivotally attached to each to an associated form extension using slotted holes at a second end whereupon movement of the post between the pour position and the stripping position moves each of the form extensions from a position coplanar with a corresponding one of the rigid, angled form leg sections in the pour position inwardly to a stripped position.

摘要: A sprayed-in-place framed wall is disclosed, comprised of a cementitious face and backing layers and a polyurethane foam insulation layer that bonds the cementitious layers to a separate wall frame. Stationary walls are constructed by spraying the materials against one-sided, vertical wall forms positioned around an erected, exterior wall frame. The cementitious materials are restrained by stays. The wall forms may have indentations to enable the resulting wall face to have protrusions such as moulding, bands, quoins and cornices, which may be a different color that the surrounding flat wall face.

The panel system (10) includes a plurality of modular panels (12) arranged to fit with one another in a predetermined grid arrangement (13) to form side walls of a building in a fitted condition. At least the bottom sides (24) of each of the modular panels (12) includes a plurality of apertures (34) that are arranged at predetermined spaced apart locations along the bottom side (24) so as to coincide with the predetermined grid arrangement (13). The formwork system (78) includes a plurality of modular formwork members (80) that are associated with each of the modular panels (12) to provide a supporting slab (72) having slab apertures (76) to allow coupling with the modular panels (12). Modular panels (12), formwork members (80) and associated methods of use are also disclosed.
