    摘要: The invention concerns the construction process and can be employed in the course of construction of buildings and structures of different purposes in order to reduce labor consumption during formation of floor slabs, and to facilitate integrity retention of a slab and hoisting equipment during the rotation operation.
    The carcassing method assumes simultaneous construction of bearing solid-cast reinforced-concrete structural vertical elements and hinged to them vertically oriented reinforced-concrete pivot floor slabs. The construction process involves preliminary installation of separating elements between slabs and bearing structures as well as between adjacent slabs. After the concrete has developed its strength, the above slabs shall be flipped to the horizontal position and butt joints between slabs and bearing vertical elements as well as between adjacent floor slabs shall be grouted. The vertical elements and floor slabs are formed in layers, vertical partition elements represent sheet-type or film-type polymer materials, the pivot hinge of floor slabs represent an elongated element located in the middle portion of a floor slab and whose longitudinal axis coincides with the slab rotation axis.
    Bearing elements shall be formed as columns.
    Tubular round-in-section hinge elements of horizontally adjacent floor slabs shall be located at opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of a column.
    Floor slabs shall be reinforced by a prestressed reinforcement cage made of a sheathed steel cable.
    Tendons shall be installed inside of floor slabs after their formation. For this, the solidifying grout is fed into cavity of the slip formwork inside a slab, linear voids are formed by means of channel formers.
    The longitudinal axis of a hinge runs through the mass center of a floor slab.
    Slabs shall be flipped in the ascending and descending order.
    Channel formers shall be shifted upon shifting the formwork or upon transition to the next layer.
    Channel formers shall comprise the broach for installation of tendons in channels.
    Channel formers are equipped with vibrators for compaction of the grout.
    After rotation of slabs, the reinforcing cable shall be placed inside transverse channels and shall be tensioned.

    摘要: A floor plate for a building having a vertical support core is described, and includes first and second girders arranged in parallel and slidably disposed on opposed sides of the vertical support core. Each of the first and second girders includes a vertically-oriented web portion and a flange portion. The floor plate also includes a plurality of framing members, wherein each of the framing members includes a medial beam attached to first and second cantilevered beams. The medial beams are disposed between the first and second girders. The first and second cantilevered beams are threaded through apertures of the first and second girders and joined to the respective medial beam, and define first and second cambers. The first and second cambers are selected to achieve a flat horizontal surface on an upper surface of the floor plate when the floor plate is fixedly attached to the vertical support core.

    摘要: An adjustable mold for manufacturing a pre-cast cantilevered concrete retaining wall. The adjustable mold includes a base, at least one upright form disposed substantially perpendicular and adjacent to the base, and a plurality of rails interchangeable and repositionable adapted to be secured to the base to vary the size and surface features of the retaining wall. The base, the upright form, and the plurality of rails cooperate to define a plurality cavities in fluid communication that shape and allow sufficient curing of a combination of fluid concrete and concrete reinforcement to form a retaining wall of a selected configuration. A top surface of the base is contoured to define the mold negative of a textured shape desirable for the external surface of the pre-cast cantilevered concrete retaining wall.

    摘要: A cable guide system and method are disclosed for a mold forming and extruding machine. The machine has a pair of spaced apart vertical members. The cable guide system includes a support shaft secured to the pair of vertical members. The support shaft retains a first stop member, a tensioning device, a spool loaded with a flexible reinforcement cable, and a second stop member. The spool cooperates with the tensioning device to prevent the cable from prematurely unraveling. The cable guide system further includes a guide member located below and forward of the spool and in horizontal alignment with a plunger. The guide member is capable of changing the direction of the flexible reinforcement cable as it is unwound from the spool. The plunger is capable of extruding a moldable substance from the machine while allowing the flexible reinforcement cable to pass through an aperture formed therein.

    摘要: The upright annular concrete wall of a silo, swimming pool, or like structure of large diameter is poured in a slip form suspended from three columns for best stability of the slip form arrangement. A work platform is mounted on beams which radially connect the form with a coaxial, inner, annular frame. Carriers are interposed between the columns and the frame in such a manner that six approximately equally distributed circumferential portions of the frame are connected to the columns, so that the unsupported spans of the frame between connections to the carriers are only one half of what they would be if the frame were directly attached to the columns.
