摘要: Systems and methods of shotcrete construction are contemplated whereby guide rails are placed in proximity and forward to a shotcrete receiving surface, with any guide rails disposed directly in front of the shotcrete receiving surface being configured to be offset from the receiving surface allowing shotcrete to be sprayed behind the offset guide rails. Following application of shotcrete, a screed configured to engage with and traverse along at least two of the guide rails may be used to rod the shotcrete via a protruding region of the screed extending beyond the guide rails, thereby removing excess shotcrete and imparting to the shotcrete surface a contour at least partially defined by the configuration of the guide rails and the configuration of the protruding region of the screed. Complex, precise, and even exotic architectural shotcrete installations may be created in this fashion by providing a suitable set of guide rails and screed.

摘要: A hose support includes: a body defining at least one concave surface configured to receive a concrete slurry hose, the body including at least one support surface configured to rest on pavement; where the at least one concave surface is displaced from the at least one support surface to support the concrete slurry hose above the pavement; and where: the at least one concave surface is configured to slidably receive the concrete slurry hose; or the at least one support surface is configured to slidably rest on the pavement while the body receives the concrete slurry hose; or a combination thereof.

摘要: The invention relates to a cable robot for creating a structure or manipulating a workpiece, comprising a working head which is suspended on a support structure having at least three support columns by a system of cables having at least three control cables, wherein cable winches are provided for adjusting the control cables relative to the support structure and/or relative to the working head, and they can be actuated by an electronic control device for moving the working head, wherein the support columns of the support structure are luffingly and/or telescopically arranged on a revolving stage, which has a ballast weight for absorbing a tilting moment introduced into the respective support column by the system of cables and which is arranged on an undercarriage such that it can rotate about an upright revolving stage axis, said undercarriage having a chassis and being configured such that it can move with the revolving stage and the downwardly luffing and/or retracted support column.
