摘要： This is a process for treating fibres of vegetable origin, comprising the following steps:



heating the vegetable fibres by means of a radiofrequency heating oven into which an air flow previously treated with cold plasma is introduced;
subjecting the vegetable fibres to a high vacuum treatment;
impregnating the vegetable fibres with CO2;
mixing the vegetable fibres with a binding agent.

The invention also relates to the use of the treated vegetable fibres obtained by said process.

摘要： Through-holes are formed at a constant pitch along a side-edge portion of a fastener tape where a tape base fabric is covered by a waterproof layer, the through-holes piercing the fastener tape. Plasma treatment or corona treatment is applied to the side-edge portion of the fastener tape so as to form an activation region on a surface of the waterproof layer on one or both sides of the fastener tape. Injection molding of fastener elements is performed to attach the fastener elements to the side-edge portion of the fastener tape. Melted resin adheres to the activation region and fills the through-hole before solidifying into the fastener element.

摘要： There are provided a rope which is excellent in a wear resistance and a bending resistance, and a manufacturing method of implementing the rope.A rope (1) including a yarn twisted by using a raw thread (5) of a polyethylene fiber (6) having an ultrahigh molecular weight and a strand (2) twisted by the yarn and subjected to steel-making through the strand (2), and a resin coating layer for protecting the rope (1) is formed on an external surface of the yarn, an external surface of the strand (2) or an external surface of the rope (1). A method of manufacturing the rope (1) includes a pretreating step I of removing an oil content contained in the rope (1) and performing an affinity enhancing treatment over a surface thereof and a resin coating step II of forming a resin coating layer for protecting the rope (1) on an external surface of the yarn, an external surface of the strand (2) or an external surface of the rope (1). The resin coating layer for protecting the rope (1) is formed. For this reason, impurities such as sand in the sea or the like is prevented from intruding into an inner part of the rope (1). Therefore, a life of the rope (1) can be enhanced.
