    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a graphene conductive fabric, which includes mixing a first solvent, a second solvent and nano-graphene sheets, dispersing the nano-graphene sheets with a mechanical force to form a graphene suspension solution; adding at least a curable resin to the graphene suspension solution, dispersing the nano-graphene sheets and the curable resin with the mechanical force to form a graphene resin solution; coating or printing the graphene resin solution on a hydrophobic protective layer, curing the graphene resin solution to form a graphene conductive layer adhered to the hydrophobic protective layer; coating a hot glue layer on the graphene conductive layer; and attaching a fibrous tissue on the hot glue layer, heating and pressing the fibrous tissue to allow the hot glue layer respectively adhere to the graphene conductive layer and the fibrous tissue.

    摘要: Process for the stiffening of textile or leather materials, includes (a) applying an aqueous polymer dispersion to a textile structure on the basis of a woven or nonwoven fabric, or a leather material; (b) drying the textile structure or leather material; and (c) the stiffening material thus produced is deformed and glued with the textile and leather material to be stiffened, in which an aqueous dispersion of a two-phase, sealable emulsion graft copolymer having a soft phase and a hard phase is applied. The hard phase has a glass transition temperature of Tg of at least 50.degree. C. and includes monomer units such as methyl methacrylate, styrene, diisopropyl fumarate and vinyl chloride. The soft phase has a glass transition temperature Tg of at least 30.degree. C. lower than the Tg of the hard phase, and the soft phase has monomer units such as methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, isopropyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate, t-butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, vinyl propionate, isopropenyl acetate, vinyl laurate, vinyl esters of saturated, .alpha.-branched monocarboxylic acids having 9 to 10 carbon atoms, ethylene, propylene or 1,3-butadiene.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for a laminated sheet comprises:coating a backing coating material on a base fabric (A) which is made of a material having a thermal deformation temperature of at least 150.degree. C., the backing coating material comprising(a) a resin aqueous emulsion and(b) 150-170 parts by weight of expandable styrene resin particles per 100 parts by weight of solids of the resin aqueous emulsion (a);stacking a base fabric (B) which is made of a material having a thermal deformation temperature of at least 150.degree. C. on the layer of backing coating material to form a laminate;compressing the laminate from at least one side so as to impregnate base fabric (B) with a portion of the coating material; andexpanding the expandable styrene resin particles and drying the resin aqueous emulsion by heating to a temperature which is higher than the softening point of the resin of the expandable styrene resin particles and which is lower than the thermal deformation temperature of base fabrics (A) and (B), thereby expanding the expandable styrene resin particles and forming a foam layer between base fabrics (A) and (B).

    摘要: According to the invention, a novel laminated fabric sheet of excellent air permeability and a method for producing the same are provided. The laminated sheet comprises a first base fabric including spun yarn and having previously been treated with a water and oil repellent, a rubber composition layer formed on the first base fabric and having a multitude of fine air passages therein and a second sheet of base fabric laminated on the rubber composition layer. The base fabric which has been treated with the water and oil repellent prevents the coated rubber composition from reaching roots of whisker fibers of the spun yarn in the base fabric and fine cells are thereby formed around the lower portion of the whisker fibers. Subsequent heating of the laminated sheet of fabrics for curing the rubber composition causes these fine cells to be inflated to form air passages through the cured rubber composition layer. The rubber composition layer includes, as its main ingredient, a product of reaction between liquid diene-polymer having at least two active hydrogen groups in the molecule and polyisocyanate.
