摘要: The present invention provides a luminescent composition which is capable of providing an inorganic electroluminescent sheet with a high productivity at low costs in an efficient manner, and has a desired light transmittance (transparency) when no electric voltage is applied thereto, an inorganic electroluminescent sheet obtained from the luminescent composition which can be mass-produced, and a process for producing the inorganic electroluminescent sheet. The present invention relates to a luminescent composition including an inorganic electroluminescent substance and a binder resin, wherein a content of the inorganic electroluminescent substance is not less than 0.5 part by mass and less than 100 parts by mass on the basis of 100 parts by mass of the binder resin; and an inorganic electroluminescent sheet including at least a first transparent substrate, a first transparent electrode, an inorganic electroluminescent layer, a first transparent electrode and a second transparent substrate which are successively laminated in this order, wherein the inorganic electroluminescent layer is formed from the above luminescent composition, and the inorganic electroluminescent sheet has a light transmittance of 60% or more as measured at a wavelength of 550 nm under a non-light emitting condition.

摘要: A light emitting device of the present invention includes at least: at least more than one blue light chip, at least more than one red light chip and a fluorescent layer overlaid and bonded to the blue light light chip and the red light chip. The fluorescent layer is formed from a uniform mixture of a yellow phosphor and a red phosphor with the addition of a transparent plastic material. At least one portion of the absorbed light source is used to emit a light source with a wave length dissimilar to the wave length of the absorbed light or of the same wave length, thereby achieving the effectiveness to increase the illuminance and color rendering of white light.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an LED device which emits light of multi-wavelengths. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing LED devices which emit light of high quality from throughout the whole surface in a uniform manner. In particular, utilizing the manufacturing method of LED devices which emit light of multi-wavelengths makes it possible to produce LED devices of high quality in a simple and cost-efficient way, not by using adhesives, but by a sputtering or PLD method. In addition, since the characteristics of the desired emitted light can be controlled by controlling the amount and type of the phosphors during the manufacture of sputtering targets, high quality LED devices can be manufactured easily.
