摘要: To prevent turbulence on a surface of a plating solution as much as possible and suppress spattering and splashing of the plating solution even when the plating solution is stirred. Provided is a wave absorbing member that is attachable to a paddle moveable in a horizontal direction to stir liquid. The wave absorbing member includes a thin plate shaped body portion configured to move on a liquid surface when moving in the horizontal direction and a front end portion designed to be tapered toward an end from the body portion.

摘要: A self-cleaning extruding apparatus with two co-rotating screws and the method thereof are provided here. Said apparatus is comprised of a screw mechanism, a barrel (1), a feeding port (10), a venting port (11), and a discharge port (12). Said screw mechanism is comprised of the first screw with one tip (3) and the second screw with two tips (4). There is a baffle in the channel of the first screw and the baffle's height is lower than that of the screw flight. The baffle will cause hyperbolic perturbation in the shape of a ‘figure 8’ flow pattern above the top of the baffle. The first and second screws rotate at the same speed and touch each other at all times, thereby achieving a self-cleaning function.The baffle will generate chaotic mixing in the screw channel caused by the hyperbolic perturbation. Topological chaos is also introduced into the screw channel by the mechanism ‘one part divided into two parts, then two parts converging into one part, and then one part divided into two parts once more’. Each of the screws in the present invention uses an asymmetrical flow channel geometrical shape, such that a periodic action like ‘compression—expansion—further compression—expansion further’ works. The above three enhancement mechanisms work together to efficiently accelerate melting and mixing.

摘要: A system and method of flavoring food includes a metering tray coupled to a frame. The metering tray may be configured to hold a food flavoring. A metering roller also may be coupled to the frame. An exterior axial surface of the metering roller may define a plurality of indentations, which may be configured to capture the food flavoring as the metering roller rotates. The system may also include a metering blade and a displacement; each may be coupled to the frame. The metering blade may be configured to level the food flavoring as the food flavoring is dispensed by the plurality of indentations of the metering roller as the metering roller rotates. The displacement blade may have a plurality of teeth that are configured to correspond to the plurality of indentations. The teeth may be configured to positively displace the food flavoring as the metering roller rotates.

摘要: A food mixer comprises a receiving chamber that is connected to a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber contains a shredding component and a blending component that rotatably engages the mixing chamber. The blending component can be a screw bit that comprises a first set of spiral ridge that form a screw pattern and a second set of straight ridges on its cone-shaped top. The spiral ridges form channels between the ridges. On the surface of the channels near the bottom of the screw bit, a set of teeth is present. On the spiral ridges themselves, there is also another set of teeth. The width of the channels becomes increasing wider towards the bottom of the screw bit. The distance between the spiral ridges is larger at the bottom of the screw bit than the distance between the ridges at the top of the screw bit.

The flow distributor may be provided with sectors connected with the centrally located fluid medium inlet and a designated peripheral fluid medium outlet. The means for rotating, rocking, wagging, or oscillating the device may be an element producing magnetic fields or a shaft mechanically connected to an external actuating device.

摘要: A system and method of flavoring food, for example, snack food, is provided. The system may include a metering tray coupled to a frame. The metering tray may be configured to hold a food flavoring. A metering roller also may be coupled to the frame. An exterior axial surface of the metering roller may define a plurality of indentations, which may be configured to capture the food flavoring as the metering roller rotates. The system may also include a metering blade configured to level the food flavoring as the food flavoring is dispensed by the plurality of indentations of the metering roller as the metering roller rotates. The system also may include a displacement blade having a plurality of teeth that are configured to correspond to the plurality of indentations. The teeth may be configured to positively displace the food flavoring as the metering roller rotates.

摘要: Provided is a stirring device including: a stirred tank, of which an inner peripheral wall has a circular shape in cross section; and at least one flow impeller and at least one shearing impeller that are located inside the stirred tank and configured to be rotatable independently of each other, in which rotational centers of the flow impeller and the shearing impeller are coaxially provided, the flow impeller rotates around a vertical axis along the inner peripheral wall of the stirred tank to form at least a flow directed toward a lower side in the stirring object existing in the stirred tank, and the shearing impeller imparts a shearing force to the stirring object and is provided on a radially inward side of the flow impeller in the stirred tank and at a position contacting the flow of the stirring object formed by the flow impeller.
