摘要： A flavouring dispenser for dispensing doses of flavouring is disclosed. The flavouring dispenser comprises a flavouring chamber for containing flavouring; a dosing member having a dosing volume for receiving flavouring from the flavouring chamber, the dosing member defining an opening to the dosing volume through which flavouring is received from the flavouring chamber. A reciprocating member is movable relative to the dosing member between a closed position, at which the opening is isolated from the flavouring chamber by the reciprocating member, to a first open position, at which the opening is partially exposed to the flavouring chamber such that an amount of flavouring may enter into the dosing volume via the opening, and back to the closed position, such that the flavouring may be dispensed by the dosing member. The first open position of the reciprocating member is adjustable such that degree to which the opening is exposed to the flavouring chamber may be changed so as to adjust the amount of flavouring received in the dosing volume.

Optionally, a motor that opens the valve for a fixed time and/or for as long as a switch remains in an activated and/or oscillates the valve. Additionally or alternatively, a manual operation option is available. In some embodiments, the opening and/or closing may be preprogrammed. For example, a user will purchase goods and/or a program will be transferred to the dispenser according to his purchase.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a volumetric measurement based apparatus for dispensing powdered spice. The apparatus comprises a storage section comprising a funnel shaped section with the narrowed part of the funnel towards the side of dispensation of powdered spice. The apparatus also comprises an outer hole that is misaligned with the first hole, and in between the two holes a lever is configured to slide, with the lever having a slot. The lever is coupled to any driving mechanism that enables angular motion of the lever. When the slot and the first hole are aligned, powdered spice flows from the first hole to the second hole. The lever can then move, and when the slot is aligned with the outer hole, the powdered spice is dispensed. The quantity of powdered spice dispensed is a function of amount of overlap of the holes.

摘要： A cooking apparatus used for filling and decorating of foods, comprising in some embodiments a one-piece, funnel-shaped bag with a soft side wall, having an open first end at the “top” through which food material and coloring agents can be inserted into the bag and a closed second end at the “bottom” end of the funnel, with an integral, malleable, conical shaped, discharge orifice. The orifice may have serrations or ridges extending inwardly from the internal wall of the orifice, running longitudinally or parallel to the cone axis. The orifice may be initially closed or manufactured with a small opening. The orifice may be made of a material capable of being cut to yield an exit opening. The inwardly extending serrations that remain after a cut may insure that the material is “treated” as it is expelled from the bag through the orifice to yield a ribbon candy design.

摘要： A storage and measurement container for retaining a quantity of particulate material and dispensing a measured serving thereof. The container comprises an interior volume that is dividable into an upper volume and a lower volume via a slide, a sliding member that selectively occupies the lower volume, and a bottom lid for dispensing the contents of the lower volume. Pulling the slide and the sliding member out from the container causes granular material, such as flour or spices, to fall from the upper volume to the lower volume that is vacated by the sliding member. Measurement indicia on the slide corresponds to the amount of volume vacated by the sliding member. Once the desired amount of material has been deposited into the lower volume, the slide can be closed to seal the upper volume from the lower volume, and the contents of the lower volume can then be dispensed therefrom.

摘要： A powder dispensing apparatus having a button assembly and a container, wherein the button assembly is removable from the container. The button assembly comprises a button housing and a button. The container has a flow control valve stabilizer with a flow control valve extending through the flow control valve stabilizer and into a dispensing opening at the bottom of the container to close the dispensing opening. Pushing the button on top of the dispenser into the button housing will cause the flow control valve to open the dispensing opening to deliver as much of the ingredients in the dispenser as the user desires. Releasing the button will cause the flow control valve to automatically close the dispensing opening.

摘要： A turntable storage device which has a turntable and a plurality of storage containers for condiments and other granular materials. The turntable has a base member and a platform that is removably attachable to the base and rotatable on the base member. The base member has an upwardly extending hollow post. The containers are attachable to the turntable by means of mating projections and receptacles. The turntable storage device is convertible. It is provided with structure for selectively attaching and removing either a handle or a hanging support member. The hanging support member is adaptable to hang one or more turntables from a shelf, if desired. The support member also is shaped to fit into the hollow post of another turntable, whereby two turntables can be stacked on top of the one another. In one embodiment, a rotary measuring dispenser is mounted in each container for dispensing predetermined quantities of material.
