摘要： The present invention provides a spout unit for dispensing beverage in a beverage container, including a spout and a reinforcement unit overmolded with the spout. The reinforcement unit includes a device for reinforcing interlocking of the reinforcement unit with the spout, for example shut off holes and/or depressions, at least a pair of tabs, and one or more outwardly facing longitudinal grooves. This invention also relates to a lid assembly including the spout unit, and a beverage container assembly including such a lid assembly. Furthermore, this invention provides a method for manufacturing the spout unit.

摘要： The present invention is directed to an object construction device configured to enclose a specified assembly area and assemble objects, such as toys, using standardized interlocking assembly units. The construction device includes processor with a memory device configured to access an instruction set encoding the assembly instructions of the object. The processor executes the instruction set in order to control and direct an assembly unit manipulator to additively construct or assemble the object from the interlocking assembly units. The assembly units are configured with surface features that interconnect the assembly units such that once connected they are substantially permanently attached to one another.

摘要： A pack of merchandise bags is provided in a closed storage and dispensing unit. A portion of the unit is removable to provide a window through which the bag pack is exposed. Each bag in the pack is provided with a front and rear tab at the top, with the rear tab of a bag being attached to the front tab of the next bag. In addition, the rear tabs are formed together in a stack which is secured inside the unit, and each rear tab is attached to its respective bag through a relatively weak perforation. Thus, when a bag is withdrawn from the back pack by means of the front tab, the bag is opened, because the rear tab is retained to the stack of tabs. However, as additional force is exerted on the bag, the rear tab is torn free at the perforation. Since this rear tab is attached to the front tab of the next bag, the next bag is automatically opened.

摘要： A plastic squeeze tube and dispensing system wherein the plastic tube includes a first end that is closed and has an opening therethrough for hanging the tube from a display rack with graphics on the tube being readily visible. The plastic squeeze tube further includes a second end that is normally closed. Interengaging threads are provided on the second end for engagement with a reusable dispenser. In one form, the second end of the squeeze tube is closed by an integral portion of the tube and the dispenser includes threads for engaging the second end and a member for piercing the integral end. In another form, the second end of the plastic tube is closed by a removable seal and the dispenser includes threads for engaging the threads on the plastic tube and has a dispensing opening. In a further form the threads on the tube are formed by a split tube holder that is mounted on the second end of the tube and has threads thereon for engagement with threads of a dispenser. In another form, the plastic squeeze tube comprises a plastic pouch and the threads are formed on a pouch holder that engages the second end of the squeeze tube and has threads thereon for engagement with threads of a dispenser that includes a portion for piercing the pouch to dispense the contents. In each of the forms a hinged closure is provided for the dispenser.
