摘要： A breadcrumb coating machine includes a breadcrumb coating unit for spreading and fixing breadcrumbs on the front and rear surfaces of pork. The breadcrumb coating unit has an octagonal frame formed in a regular octagon shape and disposed on an upper surface of a base; a turntable having breadcrumbs dispersed over the surface thereof and configured to rotate on the upper surface of the octagonal frame; first and second scattering units configured to draw the breadcrumbs dispersed on the surface of the turntable and to scatter the same over the upper surface of the pork; and a pressing plate disposed at an interval from the first and second scattering units in a clockwise direction to press the upper surface of the pork, while adjusting a pressure by using a cylinder.

摘要： An apparatus for applying a coating material onto the food products includes a machine having a machine framework provided with a conveyor framework for receiving a moving endless conveyor belt arranged to move food products thereon from an input end of the machine to an output end thereof. The machine framework is further configured with a coating material transfer arrangement for coating the food products during movement thereof on the conveyor belt and through the conveyor framework. A shaker assembly is mounted to the machine framework, and is configured with a set of opposed fixtures arranged to oscillate back and forth, and receive food products coated on the conveyor belt between the opposed fixtures and through the shaker assembly such that the coated food products are processed with a uniform coating material texture and released from the shaker assembly to the output end of the machine.

摘要： The method and apparatus for coring, filling or stuffing a banana. The apparatus is comprised of a banana cradle that has a base, a trough on one side of the base, a collar attached to the base situated at one end of the trough, a strapping apparatus attached to the base on the other opposite end of the trough from the collar, and a coring device to remove a banana plug from the banana. The trough is sized and shaped to accept an unpeeled banana. The end of the unpeeled banana is cut off. A coring device is used to remove a plug from the interior of the banana. Once the plug of the banana is removed a filling apparatus is used to fill the internals of the cored banana with one or more of the complimentary food items with bananas.
