A method for manufacturing a meat substitute for crustacean meat, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises (S100) a step for dissolving starch in water to prepare a starch gel, and (S200) a step for adding the starch gel into an external nozzle of a 3D printer, which has a double nozzle in which an internal nozzle is inserted and arranged inside the external nozzle, adding a fish meat composition into the internal nozzle, then discharging the starch gel and fish meat composition at the same time and 3D-printing into a predetermined form.

摘要: Disclosed is a tool set for use in forming the components of a decorating nozzle from sheet metal. A tool-mounting plate mountable on the headstock of a metalworking lathe is configured with concentric grooves into which circular ribs on the tools can locate. Transverse formations prevent relative rotation between the tool and the tool-mounting plate. A method of forming nozzles comprises rolling a metal blank onto the surface of a forming tool as the tool is rotated in the lathe. Successive tools are used to achieve the desired shape.

摘要: A method of forming a material structure from structural units contained within a liquid solution in a spray head is described. The liquid solution includes a solvent and a solute, the solute comprising a plurality of the structural units, the structural units including monomer units, oligomer units, or combinations thereof. The method comprises forming droplets of the liquid solution including the structural units, and spraying the droplets on a substrate, thereby substantially increasing the reactivity of the structural units within the droplets relative to the structural units within the liquid solution in the spray head. The increase in reactivity can result from the droplets containing an excess of a particular ion, the ion excess resulting from a voltage applied to conductive walls of the device which dispenses the droplets. The material structure is then formed on the substrate from the more highly reactive structural units within the droplets.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an edible dog chew includes the steps of: extruding a first edible mixture through a mold having an opening in a first direction to form a lengthened chew interior material; cutting the lengthened chew interior material into defined lengths to form at least one cut chew interior material; drying the cut chew interior material to form a chew interior; and coating the chew interior with a second edible mixture different from the first edible mixture. Further methods and pet chews are also provided.
