摘要: A clarifier can comprise a floor, inner and outer walls that each extends upwardly from the floor such that a tank is at least partially defined by the inner wall and a launder channel is at least partially defined between the inner and outer walls and is disposed along at least a majority of a periphery of the tank. A launder cover comprising one or more flexible sheets can be disposed over at least a majority of the launder channel. Each of the sheet(s) can have opposing inner and outer edges, the inner edge coupled to the inner wall and the outer edge coupled to the outer wall, and can be configured such that, when a single one of the inner and outer edges is decoupled from the inner and outer walls, the sheet is deformable to at least partially uncover the launder channel.

摘要: A floating liquid intake for a liquid suction removal system, the liquid intake comprising housing defining an internal cavity. The housing has a hollow and buoyant annular body, an upper cover and a lower cover. The internal cavity is formed between the upper and lower covers. A substantially annular inlet is formed in the annular body for ingress of liquid into the cavity. The annular body has a buoyancy sufficient for the liquid intake to float in a liquid with the annular inlet submerged below the surface of the liquid in which the liquid intake is floating. A pipe extends into the cavity and the pipe includes an inlet that in use is open below the surface of the liquid within the cavity. The pipe extends outside of the cavity for connection to a liquid suction removal system.

摘要: A waste oil handling apparatus features a tank with draining compartments for receiving waste oil containers in inverted and elevated positions above the tank floor. Multiple drain ports communicate with the tank interior at different elevations relative to the floor for draining accumulated contents of varying density that have gravitationally separated into distinct layers at those elevations. The ports feature adjustable fittings for adjusting the levels from which the layered contents are drawn through the ports from the tank interior. The tank has a large cleanout access by which personnel can access the tank interior for thorough cleanout. The compartments are organized into one or more troughs, each having a pivotal lid thereon. Lift brackets under the floor enable lifted transport of the tank by pallet jack or forklift.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a sedimentation tank capable of automatically adjusting liquid level and flow, which comprises one or more sedimentation cells which are connected in sequence, a water inlet pipe is arranged on the left side of the leftmost sedimentation cell; the front end of the water inlet pipe is bent and the input port of it is close to the wall; the highest point of the connecting pipe is lower than the highest point of the grease discharge port of the corresponding sedimentation cell, when the liquid level in the sedimentation cell reaches the discharge level of the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe automatically adjusts the flow according to different discharge level so as to adjust the liquid level of the sedimentation cell, and the settled sewage is discharged out of the tank or discharged into the next-stage sedimentation cell until the last stage, and finally discharged. The sedimentation tank has a compact and attractive structure and high space utilization, and different connecting pipe structures can be selected specifically, so as to change the capacity of adjusting the liquid level and flow of the sedimentation tank, and the sewage separation effect is thorough.

摘要: A separator unit includes a tank defining an internal volume and having an inlet and an outlet. A deck within the tank separates the tank into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A weir at an upper side of the deck defines an inlet side atop the deck for receiving an influent liquid and an outlet side atop the deck, with a first opening through the deck on the inlet side for delivering liquid down into the lower chamber, and a second opening through the deck on the outlet side for delivering liquid from the lower chamber back up into the upper chamber. The separator includes one or more of an integrated drop pipe assembly with a dispersal manifold, a riser pipe with a vortex disrupting vane and/or a weir configuration that in part follows a periphery of the second opening.

摘要: An automated process and accompanying apparatus simultaneously separates and measures the flow rate of any multiphase mixture of immiscible fluids. Such separation and measurement can occur in a single vessel, or multiple vessels. Liquid levels, together with a material balance analysis, are utilized to determine constituent liquid flow rates. The vessel(s) can be remotely operated and monitored in real time, while also allowing for automated or manual calibration.
