    摘要: The present invention provides a power controller, a power supply system and device and control method thereof. The power command value is adjusted according to the state of the power supply system and the characteristic of the secondary battery. When the converting power of the power converter is larger than or equal to the power command value, or when the charging current is smaller than the minimum charging current, the power controller performs the power adjusting mode for providing the first preset output current value. The power converter adjusts the converting power according to the first preset output current value. When the charging current is larger than or equal to the maximum charging current, the power controller performs the charging control mode for providing the second preset output current value. The power converter adjusts the output current according to the second preset output current value.

    摘要: A fuel cell is provided that includes anode and cathode plates each formed with a peripheral groove and an extended groove at a circumferential portion thereof. Silicone, rubber is applied to the peripheral groove and the extended groove. Before the silicone rubber has cured, the anode plate, a membrane electrode assembly and the cathode plate are stacked and compressed to form a tight seal at the circumferential portions between the anode plate and the cathode plate. The membrane electrode assembly is tightly sandwiched between the silicone rubber at the extended groove of the anode plate and the silicone rubber at the extended groove of the cathode plate to form a tight seal around the ports between the anode plate and cathode plate.

    摘要: A control device for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system is disclosed, including a microprocessor, a voltage detection circuit, a current detection circuit, a hydrogen pressure detection circuit, a temperature detection circuit, an air flow rate control circuit that is controlled in a pulse width modulation manner, and a pulse signal generation circuit. The air flow rate control circuit is controlled by the microprocessor for regulating the air flow rate through an air supply conduit in a pulse width modulation manner in accordance with output current of a fuel cell stack. The pulse signal generation circuit is controlled by the microprocessor to generate pulse signals for controlling hydrogen flow through a hydrogen supply conduit. The control device monitors the operation conditions of the fuel cell system and performs a preset control process to control the operation of the fuel cell stack so as to optimize the efficiency and overall performance of the fuel cell system.

    摘要: A container is disclosed. The container includes a canister body, at least one heating device and at least one safety device. The canister body includes an inner space for storing a gas storage material. The at least one heating device is accommodated within an inner space of the canister body for heating the gas storage material, so that the gas storage material releases a gas. The at least one safety device is connected with the corresponding heating device and installed on an end part of the canister body. When a temperature of the inner space is higher than a predetermined temperature value or a pressure of the inner space is higher than a predetermined pressure value, a portion of the gas is released through the safety device.

For a fully charged or newly-installed hydrogen storage canister, the process includes reading the number of cycles of operation of the hydrogen storage canister, reading the original hydrogen capacity of the hydrogen storage canister, reading the used hydrogen capacity of the hydrogen storage canister, and then employing the remaining hydrogen capacity formula to determine the available remaining hydrogen capacity of the hydrogen storage canister.
