摘要: A humidifier includes a humidifying unit that gives a dry gas supplied to a fuel cell moisture of a water-containing gas fed from the fuel cell, and a case that has an inflow port into which the dry gas flows and an outflow port from which a humidified gas generated by humidifying the dry gas in the humidifying unit flows out, and accommodates the humidifying unit, wherein the case includes a case body including an opening end portion, the case body accommodating the humidifying unit, and a lid body fixed to the opening end portion, and wherein a space through which the dry gas is allowed to flow is provided between the humidifying unit and the case body, and the space allows the inflow port to communicate with a gap between the humidifying unit and the case, the gap being opposite to the inflow port.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for a fabrication of a pore comprising membrane and a pore comprising membrane. The pore comprising membrane (1) comprises at least a porous metallic layer (3) on a porous substrate (6), wherein the porous metallic layer (3) is connected to the porous substrate (6) and the pores (4) of the metallic layer (3) overlap at least partially with the pores (7) of the porous substrate (6). The method comprises at least the following steps: i) deposition of the metallic layer (3) onto a support material (2), wherein the deposited metallic layer (3) forms a plurality of feedthroughs, in particular a percolation network on the support material (2), ii) removal of the support material (2), iii) connecting of the metallic layer (3) with the porous substrate (6) such that pores (4) of the metallic layer (3) overlap at least partially with the pores (7) of the porous substrate (6).

摘要: This perfluoropolyether-based adhesive composition contains:
(A) a linear perfluoropolyether compound containing two or more alkenyl groups in one molecule and having a number average molecular weight of 2,000 or more and a weight loss ratio of 1% or less when heated at 150° C. for 1 hour;
(B) a fluorine-containing organohydrogenpolysiloxane compound which contains at least one fluorine-containing organic group, and does not contain an epoxy group and a trialkoxysilyl group, and which has a number average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000 and a weight loss ratio of 20% or less when heated at 150° C. for 1 hour;
(C) a platinum group metal compound; and
(D) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane compound which contains at least one of each of an epoxy group and/or a trialkoxysilyl group bonded to a silicon atom via a carbon atom or a carbon atom and a hydrogen atom, and which has a number average molecular weight of 700 or more,
wherein the perfluoropolyether-based adhesive composition is used to provide a cured product of a fluorine-containing elastomer which has decreased contamination of peripheral parts caused by an outgas generated during heat-curing.-

摘要: The present invention is directed to methods of making a nanofiber-nanoparticle network to be used as electrodes of fuel cells. The method comprises electrospinning a polymer-containing material on a substrate to form nanofibers and electrospraying a catalyst-containing material on the nanofibers on the same substrate. The nanofiber-nanoparticle network made by the methods is suitable for use as electrodes in fuel cells.

摘要: A grid spring is provided with first raised pieces that generate an elastic force for pressing a separator toward a power generation cell and second raised pieces that generate an elastic force independently of the first raised pieces. The spring constant of the first raised pieces decreases as a result of heating of a grid spring. The grid spring functions as a high reaction force spring as a result of a larger spring constant of the first spring member relative to a spring constant of the second spring member before heating. After being heated, the grid spring functions as a low reaction force spring as a result of the smaller spring constant of the first spring member before being heated.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for producing a gas diffusion electrode base which enables the achievement of a gas diffusion electrode base that has a microporous layer with small surface roughness and is not susceptible to damaging an electrolyte membrane; and a gas diffusion electrode base that has a microporous layer with small surface roughness and is not susceptible to damaging an electrolyte membrane. For the purpose of achieving the above-described purpose, the present invention has the configuration described below. Namely, a specific gas diffusion electrode base which has a carbon sheet and a microporous layer, and wherein the carbon sheet is porous and the DBP oil absorption of a carbon powder contained in the microporous layer is 70-155 ml/100 g.
