The system comprises a channel condition assessment module at the transmit side to identify an un-occupied or empty channel to transmit. The system also comprises a means to achieve automatic channel coordination between the transmit side and the receive side. Further, the transmit side includes a digital interface module and the receive side includes a digital output interface module configured to control an embedding electronic device. Means for enhancing audio privacy and digital data rate are also disclosed.

Compositions for bonding substrate surfaces, particularly steel, aluminum, and urethane-primed galvanized steel, are disclosed. Desirably, the compositions include a stable emulsion including: (a) at least one curable (meth)acrylate component; (b) at least three different elastomeric polymers that are soluble and/or partially soluble in the (meth)acrylate component; and (c) optionally at least one elastomeric polymer that is not soluble in the (meth)acrylate component. A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding information using low density parity check (LDPC) codewords of varying lengths. In one implementation, an encoder/decoder uses a parity check matrix having a size that corresponds to a length of information for each codeword. In one example, the size of the parity check matrix may be retrieved from multiple stored matrices having different sizes. In other examples, a mother code matrix may be dynamically adjusted by puncturing parity bits and/or deleting information bits. Other inventive embodiments and adaptations are also disclosed.

Compositions for bonding galvanized surfaces are disclosed. The compositions include either (i) a first part that includes at least one (meth)acrylate component in combination with a free radical inhibitor component and a phosphate ester component and a second part that includes at least one accelerator component or (ii) a first part that includes at least one (methyl)acrylate component in combination with an accelerator and a phosphate ester component and a second part that includes a carrier component and a free radical initiator component. Methods for preparing and methods for using these compositions also are disclosed, as are processes for inhibiting corrosion on galvanized surfaces.
