摘要: A method for making a battery electrode is provided. A carbon nanotube material is provided. The carbon nanotube material is placed into a furnace containing carbon dioxide. The furnace is heated to a temperature about 800° C. to about 950° C., and the carbon nanotube material is oxidized. The oxidized carbon nanotube material is dispersed in a first solution to form a carbon nanotube suspension. An active material is ultrasonically dispersed in a second organic solvent to form an active material dispersion. The carbon nanotube suspension is mixed with the active material dispersion to form a second solution. The second solution is stirred by ultrasonic means and dried after filtering.

摘要: A method for making lithium ion battery anode includes: scrapping a carbon nanotube array to obtain a carbon nanotube source, and adding the carbon nanotube source into water to form a carbon nanotube dispersion; providing a transition metal nitrate, adding the transition metal nitrate to the carbon nanotube dispersion to form a mixture of a carbon nanotube floccule and a transition metal nitrate solution; freeze-drying the mixture of the carbon nanotube floccule and the transition metal nitrate solution under vacuum condition to form a lithium ion batter anode preform; and, heat-treating the lithium ion battery anode preform to form the lithium ion battery anode.

摘要: A cathode of a lithium-air battery includes a carbon nanotube composite film and a protecting layer. The carbon nanotube composite film includes a carbon nanotube network structure and a catalyst in particle form located in the carbon nanotube network structure. The carbon nanotube composite film is disposed on a surface of the protecting layer. The protecting layer allows conduction of lithium ions while preventing organic substances in an electrolyte of the lithium-air battery reaching the carbon nanotube composite film. A lithium-air battery is also disclosed.
