摘要: A membrane electrode assembly includes a proton exchange membrane and at least one electrode located on the proton exchange membrane, wherein the at least one electrode includes a carbon fiber film. The carbon fiber film includes at least one carbon nanotube film including a number of carbon nanotubes joined end to end and extending along a same direction. Each of the number of carbon nanotubes is joined with a number of graphene sheets, and an angle is between a lengthwise direction of each of the number of graphene sheets and the number of carbon nanotubes.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a carbon nanotube sponge comprising: a plurality of carbon nanotubes combined by van der Waals force to form a free-standing structure, wherein a plurality of micropores are defined by adjacent carbon nanotubes; and a plurality of carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups located on surfaces of the plurality of carbon nanotubes; wherein a weight percentage of the carboxyl groups in the carbon nanotube sponge ranges from about 10% to about 20%, and a weight percentage of the hydroxyl groups in the carbon nanotube sponge ranges from about 5% to about 15%.

摘要: A method for making a thin film lithium ion battery is provided. A cathode material layer and an anode material layer are provided. A carbon nanotube array is applied to a surface of the cathode material layer and pressed to form a first carbon nanotube layer on the surface of the cathode material layer to obtain a cathode electrode. A second carbon nanotube layer is formed on a surface of the anode material layer to obtain an anode electrode. A solid electrolyte layer is applied between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode to form a battery cell. At least one battery cell is then encapsulated in an external encapsulating shell.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for making a carbon nanotube sponge. A carbon nanotube film structure comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes and an oxidizing solution formed by an oxidizing agent and hydrogen peroxide is provided. The carbon nanotube film structure is soaked in the oxidizing solution to form a preform. Finally, the carbon nanotube sponge is obtained by freeze-drying the preform under vacuum condition. The present disclosure also relates to a carbon nanotube sponge obtained by above method.

摘要: A method for making a carbon nanotube sponge requires a carbon nanotube source being obtained and an organic solvent being added. The organic solvent is ultrasonically agitated to form a flocculent structure. The flocculent structure is washed by water and a carbon nanotube sponge preform obtained by freeze-drying the flocculent structure in a vacuum. Finally, the carbon nanotube sponge itself is obtained by depositing a carbon layer on the carbon nanotube sponge preform. A carbon nanotube sponge obtained by above method is also presented.

The cathode electrode includes at least one first carbon nanotube paper and at least one cathode electrode plate. The cathode electrode plate locates on a surface of the at least one first carbon nanotube paper, and includes a plurality of stacked first carbon nanotube films. A cathode active material is dispersed in the plurality of first carbon nanotube films. An anode electrode includes at least one first second carbon nanotube paper and at least one first anode electrode plate. The anode electrode plate is located on a surface of the at least one first second carbon nanotube paper, and includes a plurality of stacked second carbon nanotube films. An anode active material is dispersed in the plurality of second carbon nanotube films.
