    摘要: Single step process for the preparation of lower α-alkene polymerisation heterogeneous solid catalyst, wherein the procatalyst is obtained by reacting organomagnesium precursor and titanium tetrahalide or titanium haloalkoxo species of the formula Ti(OR)m Xn, with a hydrocarbon or halohydrocarbon solvent and internal electron donor and optionally an acid halide under microwave irradiation of 300 to 1200 W. The mole ratio of the organomagnesium precursor to the titanium tetrachloride or titanium haloalko species is 1:6 to 1:20 and the mole ratios of the electron donor and acid halide to titanium is 0.3 to 1.5 and 0.02 to 0.2, respectively.

    摘要: An olefin polymerization titanium catalyst. It comprises a titanium compound and an organoaluminium compound cocatalyst supported on a soluble polysulfone comprising free reactive sulfone groups. The molar ratio of titanium of aluminum is 1–10:200 and the weight ratio of titanium to polysulfone is 0.01–0.1:0.3–2.5. The process for preparing the catalyst comprises preparing a supported titanium compound by contacting a solution of a polysulfone in a halogenated or polar solvent with a titanium compound or a solution thereof in a halogenated or polar solvent in an inert atmosphere at a temperature between 10° C. and the boiling point of the solvent such that the weight ratio of titanium to polysulfone is 0.01–0.1:0.3–2.5. The supported titanium compound is mixed with an organoaluminium cocatalyst such that the molar ratio of titanium to aluminum is 1–10:200.

    摘要: A lower α-alkene polymerization heterogeneous solid catalyst which comprises a hydrated magnesium chloride derived procatalyst, a cocatalyst comprising an organoaluminium compound and a selectivity control agent comprising an ester or ether. The procatalyst comprises a titanium tetrahalide supported on a magnesium chloride ester complex precursor. Magnesium chloride alcoholate is reacted with an activated carbonyl compound in the presence of a hydrocarbon and/or halohydrocarbon solvent to generate insitu an internal electron donor ester component of the precursor. The precursor is reacted with a titanium tetrahalide optionally in the presence of a hydrocarbon and/or halohydrocarbon solvent.
