摘要: An operation method of an electronic device includes determining whether a first communication module based on a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second communication module based on a second RAT operate in a connected state; determining whether a combination of a first band used by the first communication module and a second band used by the second communication module is a combination causing interference; and if the combination of the first band and the second band is a combination causing interference, transmitting a signal requesting to change one of the first band or the second band. The interference is caused by at least one transmission signal of the first RAT or at least one other signal derived from the at least one transmission signal.

摘要: In an embodiment, an electronic device may include a housing including a hinge module, a first housing, and second housing. The first and second housings are rotatably coupled to each other via the hinge module to be in a folded state or an unfolded state. The electronic device may further include a flexible display, at least one conductive pattern disposed in the first housing, at least one conductor disposed at a position in the second housing corresponding to the at least one conductive pattern such that the at least one conductor is capacitively coupled to the conductive pattern when the electronic device is in the folded state, and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the at least one conductive pattern in the first housing. Other embodiments are also possible.

摘要: Methods of operating a memory device include at least partially charging a sensing node within a page buffer of the memory device to a first precharge voltage, by sampling a trip voltage of a sensing latch within the page buffer. Thereafter, a voltage of the sensing node is boosted from the first precharge voltage to a higher second precharge voltage. Then, a voltage of the sensing node that reflects a value of data stored in a memory cell of the memory device is developed at the sensing node. The developed voltage is then transferred to the sensing latch so that data stored by the sensing latch reflects the value of data stored in the memory cell.

摘要: Methods of operating a memory device include at least partially charging a sensing node within a page buffer of the memory device to a first precharge voltage, by sampling a trip voltage of a sensing latch within the page buffer. Thereafter, a voltage of the sensing node is boosted from the first precharge voltage to a higher second precharge voltage. Then, a voltage of the sensing node that reflects a value of data stored in a memory cell of the memory device is developed at the sensing node. The developed voltage is then transferred to the sensing latch so that data stored by the sensing latch reflects the value of data stored in the memory cell.

摘要: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a plurality of first antennas, at least one second antenna, at least one sensor, and at least one processor. The at least one processor is configured to perform a multi input multi output (MIMO) operation by using the plurality of first antennas in first status, detect that the electronic device in the first status is changed to be in second status, by folding or sliding of at least one of the first housing or the second housing, and disable at least one, which is adjacent to the at least one second antenna, of the plurality of first antennas and perform a single input single output (SISO) operation by using remaining antennas of the plurality of first antennas, when a frequency band or a channel of a signal transmitted by the plurality of first antennas is adjacent to or partially overlapped with that of a signal received by the at least one second antenna.
