摘要: A method of encoding video data by an electronic device is provided. A plurality of picture parameters included in a picture header of a picture in the video data is signaled into a bitstream. A present flag included in a sub-picture header of a sub-picture generated by dividing the picture is signaled into the bitstream. The electronic device determines, based on the present flag, whether a specific one of a plurality of sub-picture parameters is determined based on the sub-picture header or the picture header. The specific one of the plurality of sub-picture parameters corresponds to the specific one of the plurality of picture parameters. The sub-picture is reconstructed based on the specific one of the plurality of sub-picture parameters when the specific one of the plurality of sub-picture parameters is determined from the sub-picture header.

摘要: A moving image decoding method is provided for decoding encoded data of a tile group generated by splitting a picture into one or more rectangular regions. The tile group includes one or more segments. The moving image decoding method includes decoding a wavefront parallel processing (WPP) enabled flag indicating whether a rectangular tile or a coding tree unit (CTU) row having a height of one CTU exists in a segment in an object tile group; and decoding an end bit of the segment. When the WPP enabled flag is 1, after decoding a CTU at a right end of the CTU row, an end bit of a first segment having a first fixed value is decoded. When the WPP enabled flag is 0, after decoding a CTU at a bottom right of a tile, an end bit of a second segment having a second fixed value is decoded.

摘要: A video device to determine picture count information for decoding video pictures is provided. The video device decodes a picture order count (POC) most significant bit (MSB) first flag that indicates whether a POC MSB second flag is present. When the POC MSB second flag is present, the video device decodes the POC MSB second flag indicating whether a POC MSB cycle element is present. When the POC MSB cycle element is present, the video device decodes the POC MSB cycle element that specifies a value of a POC MSB cycle. The value of the POC MSB cycle is used to compute a POC MSB value that is combined with a POC least significant bit (LSB) value to produce a POC value used for decoding a first video picture, and a length of the POC LSB value is based on a maximum POC LSB minus four value.

A reference wraparound offset syntax specifying an offset used for computing a horizontal wrap-around position is decoded. A luma location is derived based on a product of a value of the reference wraparound offset syntax and a minimum coding block size. A predicted luma sample value is derived by using the luma location.
