Abstract:
The invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) in which Y1 and Y2 are each O or, respectively, NRa or NRb, where Ra and Rb are each H or organyl; Z1 to Z4 are each O or S; R11 to R14, R21 to R24 are each Cl, F; where 1 or 2 of the R11 to R14, R21 to R24 radicals may also be CN and/or 1 R11 to R14, R21 to R24 radical may be H; and where, when Y1 is NRa, Z1 or Z2 may also be NRc, where Ra and Rc together are a bridging X group having from 2 to 5 atoms; and where, when Y2 is NRb, Z3 or Z4 may also be NRd, where Rb and Rd together are a bridging X group having from 2 to 5 atoms; to a process for preparation thereof, and to their use as emitter materials, charge transport materials or exciton transport materials.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic solar cell which comprises at least one photoactive region which comprises at least one indanthrene compound which is in contact with at least one fullerene compound, and to the use of indanthrene compounds in organic photovoltaics, especially in the form of a component cell of a tandem cell.
Abstract:
The instant invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the production of a foam-forming reaction mixture or homogeneous material-forming reaction mixture from at least two liquid reactants and for the subsequent introduction thereof into a cavity, and in particular into the cavity of a mold. The reactants are introduced into a mixing zone where they are mixed together. The mixture is subsequently fed through an outlet of controlled cross-section and charged into a cavity. In order to carry out the method, an apparatus is provided which comprises a mixing chamber arranged in a housing and having inlet openings for the reactants and an outlet opening for the reaction mixture, wherein an adjustable baffle plate is arranged opposite the outlet opening axially of the outlet opening.
Abstract:
An apparatus for producing a solid-forming or foam forming mixture. Feed pipes carry reaction components from storage containers to a mixhead where they merge into a mixing chamber. A separate feed pipe leads into the outlet of the mixing chamber for the introduction of a filler into the reaction mixture. The outlet of the mixing chamber is arranged partially in a tube which is coaxial with a housing. The tube is movable within the housing and acts as a closure for the filler feed pipe.
Abstract:
The production of mineral wool takes place by melting stones, with the melt being supplied to a defibration unit. During this production process hot inclusions which are detrimental to further processing and to the final product may get into the mineral wool. To provide a method suitable for producing a homogeneous web of mineral wool free from influences by hot inclusions, the position of the hot inclusions are localized by a sensor. Position measuring data is used for controlling the nozzle system which acts upon the hot inclusions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to end cutters, in particular for cutting through cables, having two flat loose blades which are located one on top of the other, and rotatable about a common rotation shaft and can be driven by means of a drive device. Each loose blade is in this case acted on by a suitable cam disc which is located in the plane of the blade and is coupled to the drive device. A desired force response while cutting up material in the form of ropes can be achieved in a simple manner by selection of the radii of the cam discs.
Abstract:
Pliers having a pair of handles and a pair of shank members have one member of a die pair for treating a workpiece on each of the shank members. The die members are attached to the inner sides of the shank members rotatably about an axis situated in the tool plane, and a follower is provided to ensure their corotation. The workpiece may be introduced into the die pair frontally or laterally, depending on the rotational position of the die pair. In one embodiment, the die members are also pivotable about axes extending at right angles to the tool plane. The pliers may be used in many applications such as crimping electrical terminals.
