Abstract:
The composite structural material of the present invention includes a base (X) and a layer (Y) stacked on the base (X). The layer (Y) includes a reaction product (R) of a metal oxide (A) and a phosphorus compound (B). In the infrared absorption spectrum of the layer (Y) in the range of 800 to 1400 cm−1, the wave number (n1) at which the infrared absorption reaches maximum is in the range of 1080 to 1130 cm−1.
Abstract:
A monolayer film is provided which contains ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), contamination from dirt and a compatibilizer, that can be used for producing trash bags and the like, as well as a method to successfully recycle fumigation films containing EVOH and contamination from dirt into such a monolayer film.
Abstract:
An oxygen-absorbing composition of the present invention contains: a gas barrier resin (A) having an oxygen transmission rate of 500 mL·20 μm/(m2·day·atm) or less as measured at 20° C. and 65% RH; a thermoplastic resin (B) including repeating units represented by General Formula (I) below (where X is a methylene group or an oxygen atom, R1 is an alkenylene group having 3 to 12 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 5 to 5000); at least one type of metal salt (C) selected from the group consisting of an iron salt, a nickel salt, a copper salt, a manganese salt, and a cobalt salt; and a bifunctional processing stabilizer (D) that is a compound having an acrylate structure and a hindered phenol structure in a same molecule. The oxygen-absorbing resin composition of the present invention performs excellent oxygen-absorbing properties, and enables to reduce generation of an unpleasant odor caused by decomposition of the oxygen-absorbing composition during oxygen absorption.
Abstract:
A composite structure disclosed includes a base (X) and a layer (Y) stacked on the base (X). The layer (Y) includes a reaction product (R). The reaction product (R) is a reaction product formed by a reaction at least between a metal oxide (A) and a phosphorus compound (B). A peak for a binding energy of an oxygen-atom 1s orbital observed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the layer (Y) is located at 532.0 eV or higher, and the peak has a half width of less than 2.0 eV.

Abstract:
Provided is a resin composition, comprising: an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A); an isobutylene-based copolymer (B) containing a halogen atom; and a halogen scavenger (C), wherein a mass ratio (B/A) of the isobutylene-based copolymer (B) to the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) is from 5/95 to 45/55, and a content of the halogen scavenger (C) is from 0.01 to 1 part by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a total of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and the isobutylene-based copolymer (B). Such a resin composition is excellent in gas barrier properties and flexibility and stably produced over a long period of time.
