    摘要: There is provided an identifier dictionary-generating device for use in a system for reversely producing specifications expressed in a vernacular language from a high-level language program. The identifier dictionary-generating device extracts alphabetic identifiers of variable names and corresponding vernacular identifiers, to form an dictionary of identifiers. The identifier dictionary-generating device is comprised of a word fetching device for fetching words from the high-level language program, a first identifier extracting device for extracting a first identifier from words fetched by the word fetching device and a second identifier extracting device for extracting a second identifier in a vernacular language from the words fetched by the word fetching device, and a registering device for registering the first identifier and the second identifier into the dictionary when the first identifier and the second identifier corresponding thereto are extracted. The dictionary containing variable names dentifiers in alphabetic characters and vernacular identifiers provided in a manner correspondent thereto can be prepared by setting the first identifier to an alphabetic identifier as a variable name, and the second identifier to an identifier obtained from a comment in a vernacular language annotated on the variable name.

    摘要: A mask fabrication time is shortened. By patterning an electron-sensitive resist film coated on a main surface of a mask substrate, a pellicle is mounted on the main surface of the mask substrate immediately after a resist pattern made from an electron beam sensitive resist film and having light-shielding characteristics with respect to exposure light is formed. Subsequently, by irradiating a laser beam to defect made from the electron beam sensitive resist film with the pellicle being mounted on the mask substrate, the defect is removed. Since the defect can be removed without removing the pellicle, the mask fabrication time can be shortened.

    摘要: An electrode roll for an electric resistance seam welding machine comprises a stator substantially made of copper or a copper alloy, a rotor mounted on the periphery of the stator, and substantially or in part made of copper or a copper alloy and rotatably a gap portion formed by the stator and the rotor. A conductive liquid metal, which is a fusible alloy composed mainly of gallium, is inserted in the gap portion through a filling hole and is sealed in the gap portion. At least the portion of the filling hole that may come in contact with the conductive liquid metal is fabricated of a metal or metal alloy which is hard to be corroded by the fusible alloy. The remaining surfaces of both rotor and stator facing the gap portion are covered with a layer or layers of a metal or metal alloy that is hard to be corroded by the fusible alloy. In at least one embodiment, such layer or layers are further covered with another thin layer of metal which has an excellent wettability by the fusible alloy.

    摘要: An ion beam I is irradiated from an ion gun 10 onto a sample S on an XY stage 100, and an electron shower E is irradiated onto the sample S. Electrification of the sample by ion is neutralized by irradiation of the electron shower E. In the case of adjusting the electron shower E, a drive system 200 is driven by a control signal from a control unit 300 to scan a spot of the electron shower E by a Faraday cup F positioned at a corner of the XY stage 100. Detected current values of the Faraday cup F at respective scanning positions are amplified at an amplifier 210. The current values thus amplified are digitized at an A/D converter 220, and are then delivered to the control unit 300. The control unit 300 displays the intensity distribution of the electron shower E obtained by this scanning on a display unit 400.
