摘要: A plasma selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: an exhaust pipe connected to an engine to communicate exhaust gas; a plasma burner installed in a first bypass line connected to the exhaust pipe, and configured to supply fuel to discharged plasma and form flame; a urea solution injector installed in the first bypass line at a rear side of the plasma burner, and configured to inject a urea solution to exhaust gas heated by the flame and generate ammonia; and an SCR catalyst installed in the exhaust pipe at a rear side of the urea solution injector, and configured to reduce a nitrogen oxide included in the exhaust gas with the ammonia.

摘要: Provided is a system for supplying a reformed product from by-product gas to a catalyst regenerator of a catalytic olefins production process. The system includes a reactor configured to mix naphtha and a catalyst to produce olefins through a cracking reaction of naphtha, and then separate the coked catalyst and olefins to discharge the coked catalyst, a catalyst regenerator configured to regenerate the coked catalyst introduced from the reactor and recirculate and supply the regenerated catalyst to the reactor, an air supplier configured to supply burning air to the catalyst regenerator, and a catalytic partial oxidation reformer configured to reform by-product gas containing methane as a main component to supply a reformed product containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide as a main component to the catalyst regenerator and regenerate the coked catalyst.

摘要: There is provided a combustion apparatus for reducing generation of NOx by securing more time for mixing fuel and air and uniformly mixing fuel and air.The combustion apparatus includes: a modifying part configured in the center to modify supplied hydrocarbon-based fuel and air and discharge high temperature modified gas including hydrogen to an outlet; and a supply part configured at an outer side of the outlet to jet fuel and air to one side of the modified gas discharged from the modifying part to form a flame at a position spaced apart by a pre-set distance from the outlet.

摘要: A remote plasma generation apparatus that can enhance plasma processing efficiency by centralizing remote plasma to a processing object is provided. The remote plasma generation apparatus includes: a dielectric support body that has a main body that is connected to a discharge gas injection opening and a nozzle portion that is connected to a plasma outlet; a driving electrode that is fixed to the main body and that receives application of an AC voltage from a power supply unit to generate plasma at internal space of the main body; and a ground electrode that supports a processing object at the outside of the nozzle portion. The nozzle portion includes an inclined surface that is integrally connected to the main body, and by forming a width of the plasma outlet to be smaller than a width of the main body, remote plasma is concentrated to the processing object.
