摘要: A catalyst regenerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, as a catalyst regenerator that regenerates a coked catalyst separated from a product produced in an endothermic catalytic reaction of a fluidized bed reactor, includes: a reaction chamber that includes a regeneration space, receives the coked catalyst from a standpipe connected to the regeneration space, and discharges a regenerated catalyst to an outlet; a fuel supplier that is connected to the reaction chamber to inject a fuel for combustion into the regeneration space; and a fuel supplier that is connected to the reaction chamber to inject an air for combustion into the regeneration space, wherein the fuel injected from the fuel supplier is a reformed fuel containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide.

摘要: A plasma selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: an exhaust pipe connected to an engine to communicate exhaust gas; a plasma burner installed in a first bypass line connected to the exhaust pipe, and configured to supply fuel to discharged plasma and form flame; a urea solution injector installed in the first bypass line at a rear side of the plasma burner, and configured to inject a urea solution to exhaust gas heated by the flame and generate ammonia; and an SCR catalyst installed in the exhaust pipe at a rear side of the urea solution injector, and configured to reduce a nitrogen oxide included in the exhaust gas with the ammonia.

摘要: Provided is a system for supplying a reformed product from by-product gas to a catalyst regenerator of a catalytic olefins production process. The system includes a reactor configured to mix naphtha and a catalyst to produce olefins through a cracking reaction of naphtha, and then separate the coked catalyst and olefins to discharge the coked catalyst, a catalyst regenerator configured to regenerate the coked catalyst introduced from the reactor and recirculate and supply the regenerated catalyst to the reactor, an air supplier configured to supply burning air to the catalyst regenerator, and a catalytic partial oxidation reformer configured to reform by-product gas containing methane as a main component to supply a reformed product containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide as a main component to the catalyst regenerator and regenerate the coked catalyst.
