    摘要: The invention discloses a micro-structure capacitor formed by joining the metal layer of a multi-porous micro-structure. A substrate is used as an etching stop layer when producing the capacitor. Therefore, pores with low aspect ratio and uniform size are formed on the surface of the substrate. The efficiency of the subsequent thin film coating process is increased. The porous three-dimensional structure increases the capacitance. Micro-structures are stacked up so the capacitor produced features small size and high capacitance.

    摘要: A computer system with a touch screen is provided. The computer system includes a touch unit, a hook unit, and a controlling application program. The touch unit generates a position signal according to the touch point. The hook unit is used for judging whether the first position is near a border of a to-be-resized window according to the position signal. If the first position is not near the border, a left button pressing event at the first position and a left button releasing event at the first position are generated. If the first position is near the border, the left button pressing event at the second position, a continuous motion event corresponding to the movement from the second position to a third position and the left button releasing event at the third position are sequentially generated.

The second wafer includes: a mirror unit, rotating around a first axis, for reflecting light beams; and a rotating unit, formed around the mirror unit, for rotating the mirror unit around a second axis which is perpendicular to the first axis.     摘要: A microminiaturized projection module for projecting an image onto an object is disclosed in the present invention. The module includes a number of light units each for providing red, green, and blue beams; an image processing unit for receiving the image, dividing the image into n×m image signals, and transforming each of the image signals into a modulating signal and a direction signal, where n and in are integrals not less than 2, respectively; a number of modulation units for modulating the beams from one light unit according to the modulating signal received from the image processing unit and sending out the modulated beams simultaneously; and an array of n×m mirrors for projecting the modulated beams to form the image onto the object according to the direction signal received from the image processing unit. The invention has advantages that can reduce modulation speed, undergo slight shock and be free from raster pinch effect.
