    摘要: A near field communication (NFC) electronic device, a login system using the same and a method thereof are disclosed. The NFC electronic device includes a reading module, an embedded controller and a matching module. The reading module receives identification information transmitted from a readable component when the readable component approaches. The embedded controller is connected to the reading module and stores the identification information. The matching module is connected to the embedded controller and performs a matching authentication according to the identification information. If the matching authentication is successful, the matching module searches whether required account confidential information exists in a database according to the identification information. If yes, the matching module selects and transmits the required account confidential information to the embedded controller. The embedded controller outputs a hardware signal corresponding to the account confidential information to an application program of a user login screen.

    摘要: A display controller for displaying multiple windows and associated memory access method are provided. The display controller receives a first video source and a second video source for displaying multiple windows, and includes a line buffer, a deinterlacer, a scaler, and a memory interface unit. The line buffer buffers pixel data of a non-overlapped area of a main image associated with the first video source, and pixel data of a sub image associated with the second video source. The deinterlacer is coupled to the line buffer for selectively deinterlacing data in the line buffer. The scaler is coupled to the deinterlacer for selectively scaling data outputted from the deinterlacer. The memory interface unit is coupled to the line buffer for accessing an external memory.

Next, a reflective layer on the top surface of the silicon substrate is formed, and a transparent insulating layer on the reflective layer is formed. Subsequently, a plurality of blue LEDs are respectively bonded in each cup-structure, wherein the blue LEDs have various wavelengths. Last, a plurality of kinds of phosphor powders corresponding to the wavelengths of the blue LEDs are mixed with each other and added to a sealing material, and a sealing process is performed to form a phosphor structure on the cup-structures.

    摘要: A microminiaturized projection module for projecting an image onto an object is disclosed in the present invention. The module includes a number of light units each for providing red, green, and blue beams; an image processing unit for receiving the image, dividing the image into n×m image signals, and transforming each of the image signals into a modulating signal and a direction signal, where n and in are integrals not less than 2, respectively; a number of modulation units for modulating the beams from one light unit according to the modulating signal received from the image processing unit and sending out the modulated beams simultaneously; and an array of n×m mirrors for projecting the modulated beams to form the image onto the object according to the direction signal received from the image processing unit. The invention has advantages that can reduce modulation speed, undergo slight shock and be free from raster pinch effect.
