Abstract: A power over Ethernet (PoE) power supplying method where power sourcing equipment (PSE) and a powered device exchange link layer discovery protocol data units (LLDPDUs). Each of the LLDPDUs includes two power values. Each of the power values indicates requested or allocated power for one of two sets of cable pairs of the Ethernet twisted pair connecting the PSE and the powered device. Accordingly, the supplied powers to the powered device at sets of cable pairs are independent from each other.

Abstract: A power over Ethernet method where power sourcing equipment (PSE) detects and determines that a first set of cable pairs and a second set of cable pairs of an Ethernet twisted pair are connected to a valid powered device (PD), the PSE receives a link layer discovery protocol data unit (LLDPDU) from the PD, where the LLDPDU includes a load quantity type-length-value (TLV) used to notify a quantity of PD loads included in the PD, and when the PD receives power from both the first set of cable pairs and the second set of cable pairs, and the PD includes two PD interfaces, and the PD includes two PD loads, the PSE supplies power to the PD at a first power using the first set of cable pairs, and supplies power to the PD at a second power using the second set of cable pairs.

Abstract: Power sourcing equipment (PSE) and an energy saving method for Power over Ethernet are provided. The PSE includes: a low-power detection component, configured to: detect a power supply port when being connected to the power supply port; and send a first instruction when the power supply port is connected to a valid powered device PD, to instruct a control switch to connect a PSE chip and the power supply port and disconnect the low-power detection component from the power supply port, and instruct a power switch to connect the PSE chip and a power supply; the control switch, configured to: according to the first instruction, connect the PSE chip and the power supply port, and disconnect the low-power detection component from the power supply port; and the power switch, configured to connect the PSE chip to the power supply port according to the first instruction.

The method includes: determining, by the first terminal device, a security mechanism; obtaining, by the first terminal device, cooperative working information, where the cooperative working information is information played and/or recorded by the plurality of terminal devices; and performing, by the first terminal device, security processing on the cooperative working information based on the security mechanism. After obtaining the cooperative working information, the first terminal device performs security processing on the cooperative working information based on the security mechanism, so that a process other than the cooperative working process cannot access the cooperative working information, thereby ensuring security of the cooperative working information.

Abstract: A system includes a processor and a memory. The processor locates a first memory chip that is faulty in a memory. After the first memory chip is isolated or replaced, the processor may reset the first memory chip when other memory chips in the memory are maintained to work normally. When a fault occurs in a memory chip in the memory, after the first memory chip that is faulty is isolated or replaced, the processor may independently reset the first memory chip without affecting the other memory chips in the memory. Resetting the first memory chip enables the first memory chip to restore to normal. A memory chip that can be normally used is used as a redundant memory chip or may continue to be used.
