    Abstract: In a powered device (PD), four MOSFETs are used in a rectifier circuit. The four MOSFETs are disposed based on a premise that an electric potential of a contact pair 1-2 is lower than that of a contact pair 3-6 and an electric potential of a contact pair 7-8 is lower than that of a contact pair 4-5, so that a PoE current of each contact group passes through only two of the MOSFETs but does not pass through a diode.

    Abstract: A network device includes a power system, a processor, a power sourcing equipment PSE chip coupled to a first forward power supply port, and a first powered device PD chip coupled to a first reverse power receiving port. A first powered device is connected to the first forward power supply port and the first reverse power receiving port. When detecting that a power failure occurs on the network device, the processor instructs the first PD chip to draw power from the first powered device; the first PD chip draws the power from the first powered device through the first reverse power receiving port, and supplies the obtained power to the power system. Therefore, when a power failure occurs, the network device can continue to obtain power and work properly when the power failure occurs.

    Abstract: An electromagnetic interference (EMI) control method to adjust initial clock phases of radiation sources of an electronic device, so as to control EMI of the electronic device. The EMI control method includes determining positions of radiation sources; determining a preset angle of the radiation sources; calculating an initial phase difference by position between the radiation sources according to the positions of the radiation sources and the preset angle of the radiation sources; calculating, according to the initial phase difference by position, determined initial clock phases of the radiation sources when a far-field superimposed field strength is a limiting value; and configuring a phase-adjustable clock driver of the electronic device using the determined initial clock phases, so as to adjust initial clock phases of the radiation sources to the determined initial clock phases.

    Abstract: A power over Ethernet method includes: performing, by power sourcing equipment, a plurality of detections by using an Ethernet port, connected to an intermediate device, of the power sourcing equipment, where a quantity of detections performed by the power sourcing equipment is equal to a quantity of power supply ports of the intermediate device; and if at least one detection result of the plurality of detections is effective, sending, by the power sourcing equipment, a power supply indication to the intermediate device, and supplying power to the connection port. In this way, the power sourcing equipment can supply power across the intermediate device to a powered device connected to the intermediate device, and a power loss caused by voltage conversion is avoided.

    Abstract: A power supply management method performed by power sourcing equipment, includes receiving a power-on request from a level-1 powered device, where the power-on request includes a port identifier of a level-2 power supply port that is detected to be valid in the level-1 powered device, determining, based on the power-on request and an outputtable power of the power sourcing equipment, a level-2 power supply port that is allowed to be powered on in the level-1 powered device, and sending a power-on instruction to the level-1 powered device, where the power-on instruction includes a port identifier of the level-2 power supply port that is allowed to be powered on in the level-1 powered device. The power sourcing equipment uses the level-1 powered device and a level-2 powered device connected to the level-1 powered device as a whole, and centrally performs power supply control and power management.
