Abstract: A chemical analysis apparatus that quantitatively determines an object of detection rapidly with high sensitivity, and a pretreatment apparatus and a chemical analysis method used for the chemical analysis apparatus, are provided. The chemical analysis apparatus includes a pretreatment unit that accommodates a molecularly imprinted polymer capable of capturing a polar group-containing molecule included in a specimen. A quantification unit quantitatively determines a component included in the specimen that has been passed through the pretreatment unit.

Abstract: The invention optically analyzes a component in a sample having a material suspended. An optical analysis system that irradiates a liquid sample with light and analyzes a component of the sample using transmitted light transmitted through the sample includes a container accommodating the sample and an ultrasonic irradiation unit irradiating an ultrasonic wave for exciting the sample. The container includes a pair of light transmission wall portions between which the sample is disposed and which has light transmissivity, and one of the light transmission wall portions and the other of the light transmission wall portions are disposed to be separated from each other at a distance shorter than a wavelength of the ultrasonic wave.

The measurement unit includes a housing provided with an opening portion for flowing in and out of the sample, an accommodation region connected to the opening portion and provided inside the housing, a movable portion provided inside the accommodation region to be movable inside the accommodation region, an irradiation portion which receives the light emitted from the light source portion and in which an inside of the accommodation region is irradiated with the light, and a light collection portion which collects the light transmitted through the sample inside the accommodation region and outputs the light to the light receiving portion.
