摘要： This invention relates to mixtures of molding sand which comprise a mixture of a molding sand with a rapid hardening cement containing calcium aluminate as amorphous glass and/or crystals, and/or calcium haloaluminate, a polymer water holding agent and a lime, or mixture of a molding sand with the above-mentioned rapid hardening cement, a polymer water reducing agent, a lime, and, if necessary, a foaming agent, and in either case with water. The mixture also provides a method of mixing the ingredients except for water and then kneading the mixture with water.

摘要： The specification discloses a self-hardening mold sand having surface stability and high compressive strength yet containing a comparatively small amount of water. The mold sand is prepared by mixing a self-hardening binder of clinker powder, containing 11CaO.7Al.sub.2 O.sub.3. CaX.sub.2 (where X is a halogen atom) and a sulphate, with a binder additive consisting of a surface active agent of which the main component is .beta.-naphthalene-sulphonic acid formaldehyde condensate salt, and then mixing this binder and binder additive with sand, water and preferably a retarder consisting of an organic carboxylic acid or boric acid.

摘要： There is provided a waterproof connector in which swing of electric wires inside a rear holder can be prevented, and insertion of the rear holder into a connector body can be easily performed with a small force. The waterproof connector includes a connector body 2 having a terminal containing room 21 in which a terminal metal fitting 9 of an electric wire 7 is contained, a waterproof plug 3 which is fitted to the electric wire 7 at a wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 and assembled to the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2, and a rear holder 5 which is mounted on the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 thereby to prevent drop of the waterproof plug 3 from the connector body 2. The rear holder includes a pair of half bodies which are separated as a first holder body 51 and a second holder body 52, wire containing recesses 53, 54 which contain respective semi-circular portions of the electric wire are respectively formed in the first holder body 51 and the second holder body 52, and the first holder body 51 and the second holder body 52 are individually mounted on the wire withdrawing side 23 of the connector body 2 to be combined together.

(1) When observed via transmission electron microscopy, at least 50 out of every 100 carbon nanotubes are double-walled carbon nanotubes. (2) The carbon nanotubes have an average outer diameter in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 nm. (3) During thermogravimetric analysis under atmosphere at a temperature increase rate of 10° C./minute, a high temperature combustion peak is at 700 to 850° C., and the relationship between low temperature weight loss (TG(L)) and high temperature weight loss (TG(H)) is TG(H)/(TG(L)+TG(H))≧0.75. (4) The composition containing carbon nanotubes has a volume resistance value between 1.0×10−2 Ω·cm and 1.0×10−4 Ω·cm, inclusive. The disclosed composition containing carbon nanotubes primarily has double-walled carbon nanotubes with high electrical conductivity and high heat resistance.
