Abstract:
A case for housing an electronic apparatus has two main portions and a hinge portion which connects the main portions so as to be opened and closed. The case is formed of plastic molding. The hinge portion is formed of a soft resin having a resiliency, and the main portion is formed of a hard resin and integral with the hinge portion. A wiring member for provide an electric connection between the main portions extend through the hinge portion. The wiring member passes at a center of rotation on which the hinge portion is turned.
Abstract:

The case is formed of plastic molding. The hinge portion is formed of a soft resin having a resiliency, and the main portion is formed of a hard resin and integral with the hinge portion. A wiring member for provide an electric connection between the main portions extend through the hinge portion.
Abstract:
Cases for automobile air conditioners or car-loaded refrigerators are molded in an integrated structure of a body part and fixing parts by reaction injection molding from a mixture of a liquid A comprising 20-60% by weight of an aliphatic amine-based polyol, 30-60% by weight of a PO adduct of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and 15-40% by weight of an ordinary polyol and further containing a foam-controlling agent, a foaming agent and a catalyst and a liquid B comprising polyisocyanate as obtained through impingement.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a circuit structure where the electric and/or optical transmission medium or media include at least one of an optical signal transmission medium, an electric signal transmission medium, and an electric power transmission medium. The transmission media are insert-molded in plastics which is a housing for electronic and electric devices and parts. The circuit structure serves both for conductive circuits and housing so that the electronic and electric devices and parts can be wired and mounted at high density.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic wave interference shield structure molded from an electroconductive resin composition for molding, which comprises columnar pellets of a specific length, made of a bundle of iron-based metal fibers as an essential component and at least one bundle of at least another kind of electroconductive fibers of different material in a different diameter than that of the iron-based metal fibers as independent electroconductive fiber-cores, coated with a thermoplastic resin having a specific range of heat distortion temperature continuously in the longitudinal direction has a stable and distinguished shield effect for a prolonged time.
Abstract:
A unitary circuit structure has an electric and/or optical transmission medium. The structure includes at least one of an optical signal transmission medium (22), an electric signal transmission medium (1, 8, 21, 41), and an electric power transmission medium (23) which are insert-molded in a plastic which forms a housing (7, 24) for electronic and electric devices and parts. The circuit structure serves as both conductive circuits and housing so that the electronic and electric devices and parts can be wired and mounted at high density.
Abstract:
A reaction injection molded article formed with threads and a method of molding same, wherein threaded members, such as threaded inserts, helicoils, etc., are positioned in the cavity of a reaction injection mold, and molding material is injected into the cavity to form the threaded members into a unitary structure with a body of the reaction injection molded article. The threaded members are securedly held in place by a surface layer of relatively high density. The molding material is a mixture of an A liquid and a B liquid, the A liquid containing 100 weight parts of polyether polyol obtained by adding alkylene oxide to various kinds of alcohol or amine, 1-5 weight parts of a reaction promoting agent (catalyst) comprising tertiary amines, tin compounds, etc., 3-50 weight parts of water and a foaming agent, such as low boiling point alkylhalide, 1-5 weight parts of a foaming regulating agent, such as alkylene oxide denatured polydimethyl siloxane and 1-20 weight parts, if necessary, of pigment, dyestuff and filler, such as carbon black, diazo compound, silica, glass fiber, etc., and the B liquid containing 100-200 weight parts of MDI, TDI, crude MDI or crude TDI.
Abstract:
A method for jointing two pipes such as an aluminum pipe and a copper pipe by friction welding. The aluminum pipe is inserted into a bore of a ring made of a heat resistant material, the bore having a straight section and a tapered section continuous from the straight section. The copper pipe has a tapered end peripheral surface. The copper pipe is pressed at its tapered end, in a rotating state, against the end of the aluminum pipe so as to expand the latter. As a result, an ironing is effected on the aluminum pipe by the straight section of the bore of the ring, such that the aluminum pipe overlies the straight section of the copper pipe in close contact with the latter. Consequently, the tapered surface of the copper pipe is friction welded to corresponding portion of the aluminum pipe while the latter is being backed up by the tapered section of the bore of the ring.
