Abstract:
To analyze the concentration of an analyte in a sample, the number of molecules or particles or concentration of the analyte is determined using a table associating at least one piece of information about a plurality of reaction fields generated by splitting a liquid containing the sample, the at least one piece of information being selected from the group consisting of information about the number of positive reaction fields and information about the number of negative reaction fields, with the number of molecules or particles or concentration of the analyte in the sample or in at least some of the plurality of reaction fields.
Abstract:
To provide a polymer having a high ratio of the amount thereof present in a tumor to the amount thereof present in blood (hereinafter, sometimes abbreviated as a tumor/blood ratio). The polymer has phosphorylcholine (derivative) as a side chain and has a dye (near-infrared dye) having absorption in the near-infrared wavelength region bound to the polymer.
Abstract:
An iron oxide particle constituting a Resovist (trademark) absorbs a small quantity of light in a near infrared region and emits a weak photoacoustic signal. According to a particle having a catechol-like compound and iron atoms, the particle having a ratio of the number of moles of the catechol-like compound to the number of moles of the iron atoms of 270/10,000 or more, light absorption in the near infrared region increases and a strong photoacoustic signal can be transmitted.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a substrate probe capable of detecting enzyme activity with high accuracy and a method for detecting the enzyme activity by a multi nuclear magnetic resonance method using the substrate probe. Multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance is performed by using a substrate probe, which is used for measuring enzyme activity by a multi-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance method and characterized by containing a enzyme recognition site that is selectively recognized by an active-state enzyme, as at least one constitutional unit, and a group to which at least three nuclear magnetic resonance active nuclei each having a nuclear spin and a different resonance frequency are connected, being present specifically to the enzyme recognition, thereby detecting presence of the substrate probe and the enzyme activity. Alternatively, imaging of the enzyme activity is performed by a multi-dimensional nuclear resonance imaging method.
Abstract:
A particle includes a copolymer of lactic acid and glycolic acid, and at least one compound selected from silicon naphthalocyanine and derivatives of silicon naphthalocyanine, in which the particle has a particle size of 10 nm or more and less than 1000 nm.
Abstract:
Provided are particles where a hydrophilic coloring agent having an anionic functional group, such as ICG, hardly leaks from the particles. The particles include a coloring agent having an anionic functional group, such as ICG, ions of a polyvalent metal, such as iron ions (Fe2+ or Fe3+), zinc ions, and a polyol compound.
Abstract:
To analyze the concentration of an analyte in a sample, the size distribution of a plurality of reaction fields generated by splitting a liquid containing the sample is divided into a plurality of classes. A class used for concentration determination is set based on the number or proportion of the positive reaction fields or the number or proportion of the negative reaction fields in each class. The concentration of the analyte is determined based on data for the set class.
Abstract:
Provided is a compound having a high ICG content that has high accumulation property in a tumor and has a large intensity of a photoacoustic signal emitted from the tumor even when a time period elapses after administration. Specifically, provided is a hyaluronic acid derivative to which polyethylene glycol and an ICG derivative are conjugated.
Abstract:
As a substance used as a contrast agent for a method of nuclear magnetic resonance analysis or a method of magnetic resonance imaging, a substance with high selectivity and high sensitivity was demanded. According to the present invention, when a polymer having, in a side chain thereof, a sequence of a 1H—13C—15N, 1H—15N—13C or 1H—13C—13C bond, that is, a structure labeled with stable isotopes of 13C and 15N, is used, the abundance of such a sequence in one molecule can be increased, and hence, high selectivity and higher sensitivity can be attained when used as a contrast agent.
Abstract:
